A crew dispatcher (formerly a booker) is the organiser responsible for assigning and supervising personnel and materials for an event.
The crew dispatcher coordinates on site, books personnel and plans schedules. In addition, a crew dispatcher is responsible for customer care in various areas.
The crew dispatcher is also responsible for renting space and booking artists.
