ASR A4.3 First-aid rooms, first-aid equipment and facilities
This ASR A 4.3 specifies the requirements for first-aid rooms and facilities and for first aid equipment . First aid includes all medical, organisational and supportive measures for injured or ill persons.
The acronym ASR stands for the former "Arbeitsstättenrichtlinie" (Workplace Directive) of the current technical rules for workplaces. It sets out all the requirements regarding the state of the art, hygiene requirements and occupational medicine that apply to the setting up and operation of workplaces.
