Cancellation Policy

Right of withdrawal

Customers who are consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and who are not engaged in a commercial or self-employed activity when concluding the contract have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period shall be fourteen days of the date at which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the shipping agent, accepted receipt of the most recent merchandise. To exercise your cancellation right, you must provide us (allbuyone GmbH, Obere Bahnhofstraße 58, 82110 Germering, tel.: +49 89-122890622, fax: +49 89-122890699, [email protected]) with a clear statement (e.g. letter by mail, fax or e-mail) that you have decided to cancel this agreement. You may use the attached cancellation form template, but you are not required to use this template. In order to meet the cancellation deadline, it suffices for you to send the notice on the exercising of your cancellation right prior to the expiration of the cancellation period.

Consequences of the cancellation
If you cancel this agreement, we shall refund any and all payments made by you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred as a result of you selecting a different delivery option than the most favorable standard option offered by us) promptly and within fourteen days of the date at which we received the cancellation notice. We shall refund payments in the same manner in which you paid for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed-upon with you; we must not charge any fees for such refund. We may refuse to provide a refund until you return the merchandise or provide substantiating evidence that you have mailed out the merchandise to use, whichever happens first. You must return or hand over to allbuyone gmbh – Lager, Am Pandurenberg 6, 84094 Elsendorf, the merchandise promptly and within fourteen days of the date at which your provided your cancellation notice. You meet the deadline by sending the merchandise prior to the expiration of the fourteen-day period. You shall bear the cost directly incurred as a result of returning the merchandise. You shall only be held liable for any decline in the value of the merchandise when and if this decline is the result of you handling the merchandise not necessary for the verification of the quality, features and functionalities of the merchandise.

Non-existence of cancellation right warning
The cancellation right does not apply with distance selling contracts

  • regarding the delivery of goods that are not premade and for the production of which the individual selection or designation by the Customer is required or that are clearly customized to the personal needs of the customer.
  • regarding the delivery of sealed merchandise that does not qualify for any returns for health safety or hygiene reasons when and if the seal was removed after the delivery.
  • regarding the delivery of goods when and if they were combined inseparably with other goods after the delivery due their features.
