allbuyone offers each customer the option to place orders directly without creating a customer account. However, in order to take advantage of all benefits of the web shop of allbuyone, we recommend that a customer account is created. Registration is free of charge, non-binding and may be revoked at any times.

Which payment options are available?

In addition to the common payment options such as advance payment, COD, direct debiting and credit card, we also offer payment via PayPal. Public institutions, municipalities and regular customers may also order on account.

Advance payment

In the event that you decide to make an advance payment, you shall receive a personal message after placing your order that contains the order confirmation in a PDF format.

As soon as we receive the invoice amount, we shall ship the merchandise.

In urgent cases you may send your transfer receipt including the valid TAN by email to [email protected] or by fax to +49 89 – 122 89 06 99.

As soon as we receive the transfer confirmation, we shall process your order immediately. Please check the order confirmation to find the delivery date. You shall receive the invoice for this order separately by mail or e-mail.

Credit card

We provide a secure server with PCI certification for credit card payments. After completing the order, you are automatically redirected there.
The merchandise is shipped as fast as possible if orders are paid with credit card. You find the exact delivery date in your order confirmation.

PayPal

If you opt for PayPal payment, you are redirected to the secure PayPal server. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can make a payment as a PayPal guest. PayPal first notifies us about the payment to our shop; it is not forwarded until you complete your order. The merchandise is shipped to you as soon as possible (please note the delivery date in your order confirmation). You shall receive the invoice for your order separately by mail.

Invoice

We deliver merchandise to schools, municipalities and public institutions on account.
Non-corporate and corporate customers are automatically qualified as regulars in our system after the 3rd order and also have the opportunity to purchase on account. This requires registration of a password-protected customer account.
A prerequisite is that you are solvent. If you purchase merchandise on account, the merchandise is shipped to you as soon as possible. Please check the order confirmation to find the delivery date.
