All tapes can be easily torn by hand, both crosswise and lengthwise. You can achieve particularly precise cuts of duct tape using a cutter tool or scissors, which can also be ordered from the allbuyone shop.
Duct tape – instructions for use
Product information: Please note the optimum application temperature, which is between +12°C and +25°C. Press the adhesive tape firmly and keep the surface clean. The cloth tape can be unrolled quietly.
The marking tapes are self-adhesive and have strong to very strong adhesion depending on the type. Depending on the adhesive used, the adhesive tape or masking tape can only be removed without leaving any residue for a certain period of time after application.
Using tape safely
Caution: To avoid possible damage or discolouration, do not use the marking tape on natural stone or wood. Individual information from the manufacturer regarding the adhesion or adhesive strength of the cloth tapes is provided without guarantee and only applies if the tapes are in perfect condition.
We recommend that our customers test the individual characteristics of adhesive tape for safety by applying it to an inconspicuous area.
How can adhesive tape be removed? – With Tesa cleaner, for example!
Cleaning information: Please remove the duct tape slowly and carefully and do not leave it in place longer than necessary. If adhesive residue remains, you can remove it using Tesa adhesive remover, which can also be ordered from allbuyone.
Storing adhesive tape correctly
We recommend storing adhesive tape for a maximum of 12 months and leaving the roll in its box or packaging until use. Please store the product at approx. 20°C and a relative humidity of 60% and do not expose it to direct sunlight – this will ensure that the adhesive tape retains its colours and high adhesive strength.
