This 24 mm wide and 45 m long, residue-free adhesive tape offers high initial tack and exceptional adhesive strength (adhesion to steel: 8.7 N/cm). The UV active adhesive tape features a non-corrosive, pressure-sensitive, synthetic rubber-based adhesive, which can be applied to sensitive surfaces and removed residue-free from most substrates for at least 3 weeks.
The very fine, uncoated cotton fabric conforms exceptionally well to bonding surfaces. The Pro Gaff® Gaffer tape in neon pink is water-repellent and has a matte, non-reflective finish. In neon colours (FL), it is highly fluorescent—its luminosity is impressive in daylight and under UV light (blacklight)—a top-tier tape from the American manufacturer ProTapes, renowned in the arts and entertainment industry. The water-repellent Gaffa Tape is also abrasion-resistant, chemical-resistant, and ageing-resistant.
The neon pink UV active adhesive tape is ideal for securing cables and wires, as well as for marking and labelling cases. Storing, applying and removing gaffa tapes
The surfaces should always be clean, dry and free of dust. Pull the adhesive cloth tape slowly off the roll and press it firmly onto the surface. When applying, please be careful not to touch the adhesive surface with your hand. The optimum application temperature for this duct tape is between +12°C and +22°C.
When removing any adhesive tape, always pull the tape off slowly and not in jerks, ideally at a 90° angle. If any adhesive residue remains on the surface, it can be heated with a hair dryer or removed from non-sensitive surfaces with cleaning solvent, orange oil cleaner or Tesa adhesive remover .
Please always leave the duct tapes in their original packaging until use. The ideal storage climate is at normal humidity and a temperature of around 20°C. Pro Gaff Gaffa Tapes should not be stored for more than 12 months.
