And best of all, the gentle, non-corrosive adhesive does not attack the adhesive surface and leaves no adhesive residue – the gaffa tape can be removed without leaving any residue for at least 3 weeks. The very fine fabric with a high thread count impresses with its excellent adaptability and extremely high tear resistance (breaking load 87 N/cm). The tape is particularly flexible on irregular, deformed adhesive surfaces , but can also be applied to smooth surfaces without creasing. The matt, non-reflective surface of the tape and the wide temperature range for secure adhesion from +10°C to +93°C make Spike Tape Gaffer ideal for use on stage.

The spike tape is easy to roll off the roll. In addition, the cloth tape has very good tearability and can be torn cleanly across. Longitudinal tearing is difficult due to the narrow width.

Sticking and storing spike tapes, handling instructions
Please do not store your adhesive tapes for longer than 1 year – in a dry warehouse at temperatures of approx. 20°C. Leave the spike tapes in the plastic sleeve until use and protect the gaffer tape from sunlight.
To achieve a secure adhesive result, we recommend that you only apply the tape to clean, dry surfaces and press it down firmly. The pressure-sensitive adhesive on this adhesive cloth tape can be easily removed and repositioned if applied incorrectly. The ideal application temperature for spike tape is between +18°C and +22°C.
Mandatory note: To avoid damage caused by the spike tape, we recommend that you always test the tape on the desired surface under the prevailing climatic conditions before use.
