The striped marking tape has an abrasion-resistant, polyethylene-coated gloss surface and is waterproof when applied . A high-quality adhesive system offers very high adhesive strength (adhesive strength on steel 6 N/cm) and high immediate adhesion. T he non-corrosive, pressure-sensitive adhesive allows even sensitive surfaces to be bonded indoors and outdoors. The tape can be removed without leaving any residue for up to approx. 48 hours after application. It impresses with its very fine fabric structure, which makes it highly adaptable to different shapes and offers high tear resistance. The adhesive tape can generally be torn off by hand, and the tear-off edges are clean, both lengthwise and crosswise.

GT 571 cloth tape – high-quality adhesive caution tape (self-adhesive)
No matter whether you are gluing the tape indoors or outdoors – the professional adhesive tape with a material thickness of 0.3 mm impresses with its high tear strength and very high abrasion resistance. Thanks to its very high adhesive strength and high initial tack, this duct tape is suitable for masking almost all surfaces. The very fine fabric not only offers the best hand-tearing properties, it is also particularly adaptable to shape – on rough, uneven or smooth surfaces. With a wide temperature range of -35° C to +80° C, it is temperature-resistant and retains reliable adhesion even under extreme conditions. The floor marking tape has an adhesive made of natural rubber that is pressure-sensitive and can be repositioned or removed without leaving residue for up to 48 hours. The non-corrosive adhesive also allows it to be applied to sensitive surfaces .

Caution tape: red/white and black/yellow – which colour for which warning marking?
BGV A8 (German Social Accident Insurance Institution for the safety and health at work), adhesive tapes black yellow striped are to be used for the permanent marking of danger spots. The caution tape red white is to be used according to BGV A8 for the marking of temporary danger spots and obstacles.
Caution tape self-adhesive – but please use it carefully
The warning tape and marking tape works with a non-corrosive, i.e. particularly high-quality adhesive system. Unlike corrosive adhesives, the natural rubber adhesive does not migrate into the substrate and does not leave any unwanted discolouration or other adhesive damage there. With the cloth tape black yellow, you are ordering a high-quality adhesive tape that can be used on sensitive surfaces.
Securely apply and remove caution tapes
Stick the warning tape on clean, dust-free surfaces. The ideal application temperature for the warning tape black yellow is between +10°C and +45°C. Press the adhesive tape on firmly and do not leave it stuck for longer than necessary. Up to about 48 hours after application, the adhesive tapes can be removed without leaving residue on almost any surface. Tesa accessories: Use our adhesive cleaner from Tesa or petroleum ether or orange cleaner if adhesive residue remains after the marking tapes have been applied.

: We always advise trial bonding in an inconspicuous place, on the original surface and under real bonding conditions (weather, temperature, etc.). This is the only way to actually avoid adhesive tape damage.

The smoking process removes moisture from the raw material, making it less susceptible to condensation and more stable when exposed to temperature fluctuations.
Storing caution tape correctly
Each roll of marking tape is individually packaged upon delivery. Please store the adhesive tapes in their original packaging at a temperature between +12°C and +25°C, at normal humidity and protected from UV light.
