The durable red and white adhesive cloth tape with PE coating offers, in addition to high visibility, excellent adhesive tape quality: The warning tape provides excellent initial tack and final adhesion (6 N/cm on steel), can also be applied to sensitive surfaces, and offers residue-free removal for up to 48 hours. Thanks to a gentle adhesive system (rubber), it does not migrate into surfaces and can be repositioned. The red and white warning tape is temperature-resistant from -35 °C to +80 °C, waterproof and weatherproof, and adheres securely in summer as well as in winter. The cloth tape is highly abrasion-resistant and puncture-resistant. The bold red and white diagonal stripes at a 45° angle are ASR A1.3-compliant and offer maximum visibility – a clear advantage for safe working and smooth traffic routing.

With a wide temperature range of -35° C to +80° C, it is temperature-resistant and retains reliable adhesion even under extreme conditions. Caution tape: red/white and black/yellow – which colour for which warning marking?
BGV A8 (German Social Accident Insurance Institution for the safety and health at work), adhesive tapes black yellow striped are to be used for the permanent marking of danger points. The caution tape red white on the other hand is to be used according to BGV A8 for the marking of temporary danger points and obstacles.
Caution tape self-adhesive – but please use it carefully
The warning tape and marking tape works with a non-corrosive, i.e. particularly high-quality adhesive system. Unlike corrosive adhesives, the natural rubber adhesive does not migrate into the substrate and does not leave any unwanted discolouration or other adhesive damage there. With the cloth tape black yellow, you are ordering a high-quality adhesive tape that can be stuck even on sensitive surfaces.
Securely apply and remove caution tapes
Stick the warning tape on clean, dust-free surfaces. The ideal application temperature for the adhesive tape black yellow is between +10°C and +45°C. Press the adhesive tape on firmly and do not leave it stuck any longer than necessary. Up to about 48 hours after application, the adhesive tapes can be removed without leaving residue on almost any surface. Tesa accessories: Use our adhesive cleaner from Tesa or petroleum ether or orange cleaner if adhesive residue remains after the marking tapes have been applied.

Storing caution tape correctly
Each roll of marking tape is individually packaged upon delivery. Please store the adhesive tapes in their original packaging at a temperature between +12°C and +25°C, at normal humidity and protected from UV light.
