Which material should you choose?
Mesh, display fabric or PVC tarpaulin – which material should you choose? The materials differ in a number of ways and are suitable for different applications. You can find out exactly which ones here:

*UV resistance always depends on the location of use. Depending on exposure, i.e. whether the banner is permanently exposed to strong sunlight or is located in a shady spot, the material may be UV-resistant for a longer or shorter period of time.
Indoor and outdoor – which material is suitable for what?
- In principle, you can use all materialsfor indoor use. All banners are flame-retardant, B1-certified according to DIN 4102 and therefore comply with the fire safety regulations that apply at many trade fairs, public events, theatres, etc.
However, PVC tarpaulin B1 isparticularly popular for indoor use due to its closed, silk-matt surface, which enables printing in absolutely photorealistic, colour-intensive premium quality. A second material is display fabric, which impresses with its soft, textile feel and elegant appearance. The matt surface is non-reflective and also of extremely high quality, with brilliant colours and detailed printing. - For outdoor use, you can use PVC tarpaulin, mesh and polymesh. For windy locations, we recommend mesh and polymesh, as banners made from these materials are wind-permeable and retain their shape even in wind and weather.
We do not recommend display fabric for outdoor use. When it rains, the textile material can become saturated and print dust can impair the motif.
Barrier banners and covers with your desired motif
We print the covers and barrier banners in our event print shop according to your individual requirements, with logos, lettering or other motifs. We use digital printing, colour-intensive and high-resolution – for impressive banners and covers at your event!
Ordering is easy:
- Add the desired product to your shopping basket and complete your order.
- After successful purchase, you will receive an order confirmation for your products and a link to our data sheet, which contains important information regarding the layout and transmission of the print data.
- You will then receive a second email with an order confirmation and a personalised link for uploading your print data.
- The order confirmation also contains the expected delivery date*.

Note on print data checking: If you have booked our basic print data check, we will automatically make minor corrections for you. If the resolution or similar is incorrect, we will actively contact you.
If you have not booked the print data check, we cannot guarantee the output quality of your prints.
You can optionally book our personal premium graphics service. This is charged separately according to time and effort (€44.50 per half hour or part thereof). Please leave us a short note in the order comments at the end of your order. - As soon as the data is correct, your products will go to print.
- Your custom-printed products will be shipped to you after production.
*Exception for payment in advance: In this case, we will only start production of your printed materials after receipt of payment. The delivery date is therefore dependent on receipt of payment.
Please ensure that your print data is carefully prepared. Confirmed print orders are custom-made and cannot be exchanged.

Banners and covers in standard formats or customised
Safety barriers, Mannesmann barriers, police grids, hamburger grids and similar products vary in size, most of them are 2 m to 2.5 m wide and approx. 70 cm high. We have developed banners in three formats that fit many types of barriers.
Can't find the size you need? No problem, you can find all the materials you need for a customised product at in our configurator. Enter your dimensions and select eyelets – we will then manufacture your banner to fit perfectly!
Because covers need to fit perfectly, you won't find any standard formats here. We manufacture each cover individually according to your specifications, so we can be sure that you and your customers are completely satisfied with the covers.
By the way: As accessories for fastening, we recommend elastic bungee cords, which keep the banners securely in place in wind and weather. Alternatively, you will also find cable ties for tensioning in our range.
