Order barrier banners made from B1 display fabricin 3 sizes. The three formats 195 x 70 cm, 225 x 70 cm and 235 x 75 cm fit on standard safety barriers, Mannesmann barriers, police grids, hamburger grids and similar. For quick attachment, all barrier banners are hemmed and eyeleted all around at intervals of 50 cm.
The high-quality material impresses with its smooth, soft, textile feel and good tear resistance. It is also flame-retardant and B1-certified (DIN 4102). This means that the barrier banner can be used at public events and trade fairs in indoor areas. We print the barrier banner individually according to your requirements, in rich colours and with precise details using 6c digital printing.

A sophisticated look, a soft, flowing textile feel and the highest print quality – the crowd barrier banner made of display fabric B1 is a high-quality barrier banner for indoor use.
The material, a fine-mesh, tightly woven display fabric made of polyester, impresses with its good tear resistance, low weight and a matt, non-reflective surface. The textile material enables printing with intense, saturated colours and detailed reproduction of motifs.
You can order the safety barrier banner in the shop in three formats, suitable for various safety barriers, as well as a small advertising banner.

Note: The information on weather and UV resistance has been determined in studies under Central European conditions. Use in regions with different climatic conditions (high humidity, strong UV radiation), such as in southern European countries, tropical areas and desert regions, as well as in areas with heavy air pollution or at high altitudes, causes a faster ageing process.
Flame-retardant banner fences in B1 quality
The banners made of display fabric are certified as being flame retardant B1 according to DIN 4102. This means that the barrier banners meet the strict fire protection regulations that apply to many public events and in exhibition halls, and are therefore approved for indoor use.
Which barriers are compatible with the barrier banners?
Whether Mannesmann grids, hamburger grids, police grids or other crowd control barriers – the dimensions of the available grids are as diverse as their names. We have tailored our three formats to the most common sizes of crowd control barriers.

We recommend our banners in standard formats for the following mesh sizes:
- Safety barriers (Mannesmann barriers) with a width of 200 to 250 cm (length)
- Safety barriers come in different sizes depending on the manufacturer, but most are 2 to 2.5 m wide.

Important: many Mannesmann barriers have rounded upper corners. Consequently, a rectangular banner can only be tensioned if it is slightly narrower and/or lower. Therefore, order the banner for Mannesmann barriers correspondingly smaller!
- Police grids (hamburger grids) with a width of approx. 200 cm (length)
- Most police grids are about 2 metres wide, so our smallest banner is suitable for this.

Please note: Police grids have struts on the back, so banners cannot be attached on both sides, but only on the front, above the base plate.

Barrier banners – versatile and suitable for advertising banners and much more.
With their flowing textile feel, matt surface and excellent print quality, the display fabric barrier banners are more than just barrier banners. They can be used for the following indoor applications:
- decorative banners
- advertising banners

We print crowd barrier banners using colour-intensive 6c digital printing.
Textile materials are particularly suitable for printing in brilliant colours, as the fabrics absorb the printing inks well. We print display fabric crowd barrier banners using thermal sublimation printing, in which the ink is applied to the fabric and then evaporated under heat. This results in a particularly colour-intensive, detailed print image.
Display fabric is printed on one side, but with approx. 30% showing through. The base material and the unprinted back are white, which may be visible depending on the print colours and lighting.
Display fabric is slightly translucent, the surface is silk matt and non-reflective.

Here is the detailed ordering process again:
- Put the desired barrier banner in the shopping basket and complete the order.
- After a successful purchase, you will receive an order confirmation for your products and a link to our data sheet, which contains important information regarding the creation and transmission of print data.
- You will then receive a second e-mail with an order confirmation and a personalised link for uploading your print data.
- The order confirmation also contains the expected delivery date*.

Note on checking print data: If you have booked our basic print data check, we will automatically make minor corrections for you. If the resolution or similar is not correct, we will actively contact you.
If you have not booked the print data check, we cannot guarantee the quality of your prints.
Optionally, you can book our personal premium graphics service. This will be charged separately based on the time taken (€44.50 for each half hour or part thereof). To do so, please leave us a short note in the order notes at the end of the order. - The barrier banners will be sent to you after production.
Exception: advance payment. In this case, we will not start production of your printed matter until we have received your payment. Accordingly, the delivery date depends on when we receive your payment

The crowd control banners are fitted with eyelets at 50 cm intervals all around, making them easy to attach. We recommend the following accessories for installation:
- bungee cords – can be removed and reused for an elasticated installation
- cable ties – disposable, for tight fastening
Delivery and storage – useful tips
The safety barriers are delivered rolled as standard, which ensures that they are not creased during shipping.
We recommend that you also roll up the banner for storage. Always make sure that the banner is clean and completely dry to prevent mould from forming.
