The material, tarpaulin B1 – frontlit PVC B1 with 500 g/m² – is an absolutely high-quality tarpaulin material for indoor and outdoor use. Frontlit PVC is extremely tear-resistant, windproof, weatherproof for 1-3 years and UV-resistant. The closed, smooth and silk matt surface offers optimal conditions for premium quality printing that is photorealistic, colour-intensive and razor-sharp – even at close range. Important: the PVC tarpaulin is B1-certified flame retardant (DIN 4102) and therefore also approved for indoor use.

Barrier covers made to measure with your desired motif
There are many different types of safety barriers, all of which vary slightly in size. For this reason, we do not specify a fixed size that you can order from us. To ensure that the covers fit perfectly, we manufacture them according to your measurements.
For a perfect fit, the safety barrier sleeves have Velcro/fleece tape on the side edges.
For customised covers, we require 3 measurements from you. The following sketch illustrates which measurements are required:

How to have sleeves for barrier fences printed
- Add the covers to your shopping basket and complete your order.
- After successful purchase, you will receive an order confirmation for your products and a link to our data sheet, which contains important information regarding the layout and transmission of the print data. Please also note our special data sheet for barrier covers.
- You will then receive a second email with an order confirmation and a personalised link for uploading your print data.
- The order confirmation also contains the expected delivery date*.

Note on print data checking: If you have booked our basic print data check, we will automatically make minor corrections for you. If the resolution or similar is incorrect, we will actively contact you.
If you have not booked the print data check, we cannot guarantee the output quality of your prints.
Optionally, you can book our personal premium graphics service. This will be charged separately according to the time required (€44.50 per half hour or part thereof). Please leave us a short note in the order comments at the end of your order. - The sleeves for your safety barrier fences will be sent to you after production.

We reserve the right to print the base material of the 500 g tarpaulins from other manufacturers, which is why some specifications (e.g. maximum tensile strength, tear resistance) may vary.
Our information regarding weather and UV resistance is based on studies conducted under Central European conditions. When used in other regions or under different climatic conditions, the properties of the product may change. This can have both positive and negative effects.
Advertising covers for safety barriers with B1 certificate (flame retardant)
Our range of sleeves for barrier fences includes frontlit PVC banners as well as advertising banners made of vinyl mesh or display fabric. Each of these materials is flame retardant and has a B1 certificate (DIN 4102). Thanks to this certificate, the sleeves comply with strict fire safety regulations and can be used in public buildings, at events, at airports, etc.
