You can buy mesh barrier banners from allbuyone in 3 sizes: 195 x 70 cm, 225 x 70 cm and 235 x 75 cm. The three formats are precisely tailored to Mannesmann barriers, hamburger grids, police grids and similar safety barriers in standard sizes. All banners are hemmed all around ( ) and have eyelets at intervals of 50 cm.
The material – PVC-coated mesh vinyl 300 g/m² – is durable, robust and weather-resistant for up to 2 years, and is also approx. 20% sound and wind permeable. In addition, mesh is flame-retardant and B1-certified in accordance with DIN 4102. The mesh banner is printed in 4c digital print, with intense colours and high resolution.

We reserve the right to print the 300 g mesh on base material from other manufacturers, which is why some specifications (e.g. maximum tensile strength, tear resistance) may vary.
Note: The information on weather and UV resistance has been determined in studies under Central European conditions. Use in regions with different climatic conditions (high humidity, strong UV radiation), such as in southern European countries, tropical areas and desert regions, as well as in areas with heavy air pollution or at high altitudes, will cause a faster ageing process.
Barrier banner mesh flame retardant in B1 quality
Important, not only for indoor use: mesh net vinyl is flame retardant and B1-certified according to DIN 4102. This means that the material fulfils the strict fire protection requirements that apply to many public events, trade fairs, etc.
Which barriers are the banners suitable for?
There are many names for crowd barriers: crowd control barriers, Mannesmann barriers, police grids or hamburger grids. There are also differences in the dimensions, but most crowd barriers are between 200 cm and 250 cm wide and about 70 cm high. With our three barrier banners, we have developed sizes that fit many crowd barriers:
- for safety barriers (Mannesmann barriers) 200 to 250 cm wide (length)
- Safety barriers vary in size depending on the manufacturer, but most are 2 to 2.5 m wide.

Important: many Mannesmann barriers have rounded upper corners. This means that a rectangular banner can only be tensioned if it is slightly narrower and/or lower. Therefore, always order the barrier banner slightly smaller than your barrier.
- for police grids (hamburger grids) with a width of approx. 200 cm (length)
- Most police grids are about 2 metres wide, so the smallest banner is suitable for this.

Good to know: Because of the supporting struts on the back, police grids cannot be mounted on the back or on both sides. The banner can only be mounted on the front, above the base plate.

Print quality of the barrier banners: colour-intensive and high-resolution
We print the entire surface of the barrier banners made of mesh fabric individually according to your specifications with motifs, logos, lettering and much more. We print the banners in high-resolution 4c digital printing, colour-intensive and with homogeneous colour transitions. The print on the structured mesh fabric is of almost photo-realistic quality.
A general note on printing on advertising banners made of mesh: due to the mesh-like structure, the print is only optimally recognisable from a certain viewing distance. However, the 300g mesh is our finest mesh, so it is perfectly visible even at a short distance. The base material is white and is printed on from above. Depending on the printing colours, lighting and viewing angle, the white material may be partially visible.
An important advantage of mesh banners compared to materials with a closed surface: incoming light is refracted better on the structured surface and not reflected. Barrier banners are also less sensitive to scratches (white breakage) than full-surface tarpaulins. And: barrier banners made of mesh are permeable to wind and therefore ideal for outdoor use.

How do I order? And how and where do I upload the print data? It's as easy as this:
- Put the desired barrier banner in the shopping basket and complete the order.
- After a successful purchase, you will receive an order confirmation for your products and a link to our data sheet, which contains important information regarding the creation and transmission of print data.
- You will then receive a second e-mail with an order confirmation and a personalised link for uploading your print data.
- The order confirmation also contains the expected delivery date*.

Note on checking print data: If you have booked our basic print data check, we will automatically make minor corrections for you. If the resolution or similar is not correct, we will actively contact you.
If you have not booked the print data check, we cannot guarantee the quality of your prints.
Optionally, you can book our personal premium graphics service. This will be charged separately based on the time taken (€44.50 for each half hour or part thereof). To do so, please leave us a short note in the order notes at the end of the order. - The barrier banners will be sent to you after production.
Exception: advance payment. In this case, we will not start production of your printed matter until we have received your payment. Accordingly, the delivery date depends on when we receive your payment

Notes on delivery and storage
The barrier banners Mesh are delivered rolled as standard. This is the best way to protect the banner from creases and scratches.
We also recommend rolling the banner for storage, preferably with the print on the inside. Always make sure that the storage area is dry and clean.
