Printed meshbanners are extremely popular products for professional, large-scale outdoor advertising. The mesh tarpaulin (mesh vinyl 300 g/m², PVC coated) is wind-permeable and guarantees high-quality printing. We print mesh banners on one side in high-resolution premium digital print – this offers an almost photo-realistic motif with extremely intense colours and a non-reflective, satin finish. The robust material, an outdoor-suitable PVC-coated mesh, is weather-resistant, UV-resistant for 1-3 years, extremely dimensionally stable and tear-resistant. We recommend mesh banners especially for outdoor advertising with wind loads, as the mesh tarpaulins offer 20% wind permeability. Mesh vinyl can also be used safely indoors – the material is B1 certified and flame retardant in accordance with DIN 4102. Sound- and wind-permeable meshbanners offer extremely versatile outdoor use: Mesh banners can be used outdoors, particularly as fence banners or scaffolding banners, as well as large stage covers and facade advertising with customised finishing. Fire-certified mesh vinyl is suitable for indoor use as advertising banners, exhibition walls, stage banners and much more.

We print mesh banners in print widths up to a maximum of 4.9 m seamlessly. Larger formats are also no problem. The individual advertising banners are then joined together on the back using high-frequency welding.
We print mesh B1 in high-resolution 4c digital print with intense colours and homogeneous colour transitions. The modern printing process enables streak-free prints in premium quality. Your motif can be printed on mesh vinyl in almost photorealistic reproduction .
In general, the following should be considered when using advertising tarpaulins made of mesh: Due to the mesh-like structure , printing is only optimally visible from a certain viewing distance. 300 g/m² ( ) At 300 g/m², mesh is our finest mesh fabric, and printing is clearly visible even at close range ( ). Lighting also plays a role: the base material of the fabric is white and the mesh is printed from above. When viewed from the side, the white material is sometimes visible. This effect is enhanced the coarser the mesh is woven or the darker the colours of the print.
The mesh offers an advantage over smooth, closed surfaces such as frontlit tarpaulins: the mesh material refracts incoming light better and the advertising banner does not reflect – which is extremely important for PA cladding, stage banners, press walls or other banners for TV and video recordings. Compared to full-surface tarpaulins, the print on mesh banners is less sensitive to scratches (white breakage).
Mesh can be printed seamlessly up to a width of 4.9 m, and larger designs are also no problem! For this purpose, the individual panels are welded together on the back using high frequency. Please note: The weld seam on the back is white and, depending on the design, may be visible, especially on dark prints.

Here, the mesh is simply cut with a straight edge. This finishing is particularly suitable if the material is to be stapled, for example to wooden frames. Thanks to its grid structure, simply cut mesh fabric can also be attached with thin wire, which is inserted through the grid.
Here, the material is simply cut with a straight cut edge to your desired dimensions. In addition, the product is eyeleted in the corners. We usually use metal eyelets (inner diameter approx. 12 mm) for this.
With this type of finishing, the mesh is also cut to size and eyelet fastened all around. We usually use metal eyelets with an inner diameter of approx. 12 mm, spaced 50 cm apart.
Here, the material is simply folded over and welded on the back. This protects the vinyl mesh better against tearing and also results in a nice, clean side edge. Mesh banners with a simple hem can be attached using Holdon clips or stapled.
Here, the vinyl mesh is also simply hemmed (folded over and welded on the back) and additionally eyeleted in the corners with metal eyelets with an inner diameter of 12 mm. This finish is particularly suitable for smaller advertising banners approx. 1 - max. 2 m², for larger banners we recommend an eyelet every 50 cm to ensure that the material can be stretched taut without creasing.
Hemmed and eyelet-fitted every 50 cm all around – this design is one of the most popular and cleanest finishes for mesh banners. The material is folded over at the back and welded, resulting in a clean edge. The eyelets, which are spaced 50 cm apart all around, allow the wind-permeable tarpaulin to be easily attached. The hem also reinforces the eyelets and protects against tearing.
The hemstitching is ideal for fastening with poles, pipes, roof battens, ropes, etc. You can choose between hemstitching in three different widths (the dimensions refer to the width measured when the hem is laid flat):
Can't find the product you're looking for? Would you like a different product? Do you need a mesh banner in a special format? A large, specially made stage cover or a very large banner for a façade, for example? You will find all standard configurations in our configurator – but many more options are available on request. We reserve the right to print the 300 g mesh base material from other manufacturers, which is why some specifications (e.g. maximum tensile strength, tear resistance) may vary.
Note: The information on weather and UV resistance has been determined in studies under Central European conditions. Use in regions with different climatic conditions (high humidity, strong UV radiation), such as in Southern European countries, tropical areas and desert regions, as well as in areas with high air pollution or at high altitudes, will cause a faster ageing process.
In addition to other materials such as textile cloth banners (display fabric, Solvotex, flag fabric, Airtex, Polymesh and much more), we also offer mesh vinyl in 260 g/m². This mesh banner is the open, particularly permeable version.
A mesh tarpaulin with 260 g/m² is 40% light, sound and wind permeable and is recommended as an advertising banner, especially for exposed, storm-prone areas or at lofty heights.
Mesh is particularly suitable for large banners. Stage banners and PA covers in particular can be specially manufactured from 300 g mesh vinyl and printed with impressive motifs.
Did you know? The 260 g mesh tarpaulin offers even more security in terms of wind load for large-scale outdoor advertising and is also a good compromise between print and sound at festivals . The 40% permeable mesh still delivers acceptable print quality, but scores points for its higher wind and sound permeability. Compared to a highly permeable, certified soundmesh, the 260 g mesh banner offers better printability with lower sound permeability.
By the way: if you want stage banners and PA covers made from a mesh material, these can also be specially manufactured with Velcro or piping for wind loads. This allows large stage banners to be removed from the stage in no time at all in stormy weather.
In terms of light and wind permeability, the 300 g mesh tarpaulin is also particularly suitable for large-format printing in outdoor advertising, for example on facades. The same applies to facade banners: the 20% light and wind permeability of a 300 g mesh offers premium printability.
A 260 g mesh is more suitable for very large facade banners or scaffolding banners, for example, when buildings are to be clad in which people are working and still want to enjoy daylight. Please note for this application: Due to the large mesh size, the print is only optimally visible from a greater distance. This advertising tarpaulin is also more permeable to dust from any construction work.
As an alternative to wind- and light-permeable advertising banners, we also offer closed tarpaulins. For photorealistic printing in the highest quality, we recommend Frontlit Banner 500 g/m². The 450 g/m² printed tarpaulin is a low-cost alternative.
The 300 g mesh banner is the wind-permeable counterpart to the full-surface PVC banner. Mesh tarpaulins are always recommended when the advertising banner needs to be light, sound or wind permeable. The mesh is ideal for outdoor use, but can also be used indoors thanks to its B1 certificate.
The mesh banner is frequently used for the following purposes:
In addition to these applications, mesh can be used for countless other projects, such as Ferris wheel covers, decorative coverings for light objects and much more.
We deliver mesh banners folded as standard. On request, delivery on rolls is also possible at an additional cost. To remove any creases from the material, we recommend stretching the advertising banners tightly.
We recommend folding the mesh banners loosely for storage. Avoid weighing down the folded banners, for example by stacking many banners on top of each other. This can cause creases, the print can become brittle at the edges and white breakage (scratches) can occur more easily. Ideally, mesh banners should be stored flat or rolled up in a protected place. To prevent mould growth, tarpaulins and mesh banners should always be stored in a dry place.
Depending on the manufacturer, mesh banners can be ordered under other names, such as PVC mesh, mesh tarpaulin, mesh vinyl, mesh tarpaulin, grid mesh, grid tarpaulin, scaffolding advertising, facade advertising, etc. Most products are usually a mesh with a perforated structure that is coated with PVC, permeable to air and wind, and can be individually printed.
Mesh with 300 g/m² is extremely versatile and one of the most popular materials among wind-permeable fabrics. So if you are looking for an air- and sound-permeable material with the best print quality, which is stable and dimensionally stable, weather-resistant and UV-stable and also looks good in windy locations, i.e. wherever a closed surface would be unsuitable due to wind forces, then the B1-certified mesh fabric is the right choice for you!
We not only print mesh banners quickly and affordably, but also in the highest quality, at a reasonable price and with short delivery times.
