The slightly stretchy polymesh material (hole netting) adapts perfectly to your safety barrier and, thanks to its hole structure, is highly permeable to wind – making it ideal for all locations where there is a bit more wind!

You can purchase the wind-permeable barrier banners in three sizes (width x height) from the shop. All sizes are hemmed all around and have eyelets spaced approx. 50 cm apart.

Note: The information on weather and UV resistance has been determined in studies under Central European conditions. Use in regions with different climatic conditions (high humidity, strong UV radiation), such as in southern European countries, tropical areas and desert regions, as well as in areas with heavy air pollution or at high altitudes, causes a faster ageing process.

Barrier banners are flame retardant and B1 certified

The advertising banners made of polymesh are flame retardant and B1-certified according to DIN 4102. This means that the banners meet the strict fire protection requirements that apply at many public events and in exhibition halls.

Which barrier sizes are the advertising banners suitable for?

Safety barriers come in different sizes, depending on the manufacturer and grid type. Whether Mannesmann barriers, police grids, hamburger grids or under any other name, most grids are between 200 and 250 cm wide and about 70 cm high.

Our three crowd control barrier banners are tailored to the most common formats. You can create customised banners at any time using the configurator or on request.

Safety barriers (Mannesmann barriers) with a width of 200 to 250 cm (length)
- The dimensions of Mannesmann barriers vary depending on the manufacturer, but most are 2 to 2.5 m wide.
- Important: the upper corners of many Mannesmann barriers are rounded. This means that a rectangular banner can only be tensioned if it is slightly narrower and/or lower. Therefore, you should order the banner for Mannesmann barriers correspondingly smaller!
Police grids (hamburger grids) with a width of approx. 200 cm (length)
- Most police grids are about 2 metres wide, so our smallest banner is suitable for this.
- Please note: Because of the supporting struts on the back, police grids cannot be mounted on the back or on both sides. The banner can only be mounted on the front, above the base plate.

Please note: Polymesh is a high-quality, extremely permeable fabric of great quality. When it rains, the textile-like material can become saturated, but it is waterproof and tear-resistant and keeps its shape even in windy and inclement weather.

Printed barrier banners – information about print quality

We print on Polymesh using thermal sublimation printing (6c digital printing). In this printing process, the ink is applied to the fabric and then evaporated under heat. This results in particularly intense, rich colours and a generally weather-resistant print. The surface of Polymesh is matt and non-reflective.

We print on one side ofthe polymesh . However, the material is very permeable due to its hole structure, it has a penetration rate of approx. 60%, so that the imprint is clearly visible on both sides. On the back, the print is mirror-inverted and can be seen in slightly less intense colours.

Please also note: due to the hole structure, the material is very permeable to light and wind, which is an important aspect depending on the location. However, due to the mesh-like surface structure, a certain viewing distance is also necessary to see the print motif perfectly.

Select the desired format, complete the order and wait for the order confirmation. This will include the personal link for uploading your print data. The ordering process is that easy.

Put the desired barrier banner in the shopping basket and complete the order.
After a successful purchase, you will receive an order confirmation for your products and a link to our data sheet, which contains important information regarding the creation and transmission of print data.
You will then receive a second e-mail with an order confirmation and a personalised link for uploading your print data.
The order confirmation also contains the expected delivery date*.
Note on checking print data: If you have booked our basic print data check, we will automatically make minor corrections for you. If the resolution or similar is not correct, we will actively contact you.
If you have not booked the print data check, we cannot guarantee the quality of your prints.
Optionally, you can book our personal premium graphics service. This will be charged separately based on the time taken (€44.50 for each half hour or part thereof). To do so, please leave us a short note in the order notes at the end of the order.
The barrier banners will be sent to you after production.

Exception: advance payment. In this case, we will not start production of your printed matter until we have received your payment. Accordingly, the delivery date depends on when we receive your payment

To ensure that the barrier banner sits perfectly on your safety barrier and showcases your advertising to its best advantage, we provide it with eyelets as standard, at 50 cm intervals all around. In addition, the edge is hemmed to protect the eyelets from being torn out.

Notes on delivery and storage

The Polymesh barrier banner is delivered folded as standard.

We also recommend that you fold the banner loosely for storage or alternatively roll it up. Any kinks can be removed by stretching it tightly.
