Heavy-duty panels are a cost-effective accessory and offer a wide range of applications on construction sites and at events. Used as an event floor and terrain slab, this heavy-duty floor can be driven on with up to 2.0 t / dm² - no problem for trucks, stackers or other vehicles. The light heavy-duty panels make it possible, for example, to form a temporary construction road, paved paths or highly loadable surfaces. The panels can also act as floor covers for the protection of sensitive surfaces.
The plastic heavy-duty floor (material: recycled PVC) is suitable for indoor and outdoor use (e.g. open-air), thanks to added UV stabilisers it is also extremely weatherproof. The material is also highly resistant to chemicals.
You can buy these heavy-duty panels in our shop in 2 sizes: The large heavy-duty panel measures 1.20 m x 0.80 m, while the small version measures 0.60 m x 0.80 m. The large version is available in two sizes. The heavy-duty floor weighs 20 kg / pcs. or 12.5 kg / pcs. and is perfectly stackable on Euro pallets. We offer Remopla ramps as accessories for the plates, which lead to a barrier-free transition when laid at the outer edges of the plates. Alternatively, you can also buy heavy-duty plates with even higher load capacities in the allbuyone shop - for example, the heavy-duty plate Heavy can withstand loads of 3.3 t / dm².
