Print or weave lanyards – high quality with customised design
Lanyards with customised printing can be found at almost every event. Whether with name tags for admission, together with backstage passes for control in the backstage area, as advertising material or after the show as a souvenir – printed and woven lanyards are a useful accessory for every event.
The lanyards are available in either woven or printed form. Thanks to modern 4c digital printing, even the smallest motifs can be printed in photo quality on the fine polyester tape. The woven lanyards are also very high quality and can be custom-made in 7 different colours. The long service life of the lanyards is due to the carefully sewn edges and welded ends. The key rings also guarantee high wearing comfort, UV resistance, tear resistance and colour fastness. The lanyards are also very tamper-proof, tear-proof and waterproof. The key holders are made of soft polyester material, are particularly comfortable to wear and are also extremely durable.
In addition to the print , the lanyards can also be customised with accessories: You can choose between two hooks, an optional safety fastener and/or a buckle. The lanyards are available in widths of 10 mm, 15 mm and 20 mm, with a total length of 900 mm.

High-quality material: 100% polyester
At allbuyone, you get first-class lanyards that are very finely woven. Thanks to the high number of threads, the straps have a particularly pleasant surface, which is also an ideal basis for a sharp, detailed print that is resistant to fading and water. Furthermore, the polyester key ring has the following properties:

What design options are available?
To show off your motif, logo or lettering to its best advantage, the lanyard has a total length of 900 mm and a width of either 10, 15 or 20 mm. The entire lanyard can be used for your advertising message, with the exception of the two ends and the middle section if a safety fastener is used. Even the short section between the clip and the hook can be used for displays.
By mixing the four basic colours cyan, magenta, yellow and black, there may be minimal deviations in a few cases for the desired Pantone special colours. However, most colours correspond very closely to their Pantone value, while other colours can only be printed approximately to the desired Pantone value.
special colours such as gold, silver and other metallic shades cannot be produced in 4c digital printing. The situation is different for woven lanyards: special colours can be incorporated into these key lanyards.

Ordering lanyards – how it works
Ordering your desired lanyards is quick and easy. To make the process as simple as possible, you will find all the important information on our data sheet for print data creation. To order lanyards, proceed as follows:
- Add the desired lanyard to your shopping cart and complete the order.
- After successful purchase, you will receive an order confirmation for your products and a link to our data sheet, which contains important information regarding the creation and transmission of print data.
- You will then receive a second email with an order confirmation and a personalised link for uploading your print data.
- The order confirmation also contains the expected delivery date*.

Note on print data checking: If you have booked our basic print data check, we will automatically correct minor errors for you. If the resolution or similar is incorrect, we will contact you.
If you have not booked the print data check, we cannot guarantee the output quality of your prints.
Optionally, you can book our personal premium graphics service. This will be charged separately according to the time required (€44.50 per half hour or part thereof). Please leave us a short note in the order comments at the end of your order. - The lanyards will be shipped to you after production.
*Exception for payment in advance: In this case, we will only start production of your printed materials after receipt of payment. The delivery date is therefore dependent on receipt of payment.
Please ensure that your print data is carefully prepared. Confirmed print orders are custom-made and cannot be exchanged.

Information about print data
It is very important to us that the processes involved in an order run as smoothly as possible for you. Therefore, here are some preliminary notes on the creation of print data:
- Document format: Depending on the option selected
- File format: Preferably as .eps or .pdf
- Content: Preferably vectorised data, at least 300 ppi for image data
- Special colours: possible, but should be clarified in advance
- Web colours: up to 7 different Pantone colours
- Design: To ensure that your motif is positioned in the optimal location, you can use the sketch above as a guide
