Printed lanyards – two-sided print in photorealistic premium quality. And the best thing is: printed lanyards have a long-lasting advertising effect – as a useful aid in your customers' daily lives, your advertising automatically reaches a large group of people.

Printed lanyards are available in different widths (10 mm, 15 mm or 20 mm lanyards) and with two different hooks to choose from: standard carabiner or oval carabiner. Other accessories are optionally available: you can also order theprinted lanyards with a safety clip and a buckle. Other hooks and tags are available on request.

lanyards – quality that impresses: the lanyards, made from 100% polyester and woven with a high thread count, are delivered with carefully sewn edges, the ends of which are additionally heat-sealed for safety. The material and the print are highly durable. The high-quality workmanship of the printed lanyards is not only visible, but can also be felt on the skin – the band is soft and impresses with a high level of comfort.

Print data Guidelines for creating the print: printed lanyards

To ensure that the print appears exactly as desired on the printed lanyards, we ask you to carefully follow our print data guidelines when creating the print file. Only in this way can we guarantee high-quality printing. Once the lanyards have been printed, they are considered to be custom-made. These products cannot be exchanged.

File format

We require the print data in PDF/X-4 format. The correct output condition is the ISOCoated v2 (eci) colour profile.

Important to know: Special feature of double-sided printing

When printing admission wristbands on both sides, please note that the back can only be printed in one colour or with a uniform, recurring pattern. For technical reasons, individual content cannot be precisely placed here. The exact arrangement and the cutting of the motifs on the back of each wristband are random.

Colours

Please create the document in CMYK colours and in the CMYK colour mode. This is important to mention, as monitors generally display colours in RGB mode.
Data in RGB, Lab or special colours will automatically be converted into CMYK. This can lead to significant colour deviations.

Some of our customers request printed lanyards in gold, silver or metallic colours. Unfortunately, it is not possible to print on such colours using 4c printing.

Alternatively, we offer you woven lanyards for this purpose. When lanyards are woven, metallic, gold and silver threads can be processed. This way, for example, the popular VIP lanyards can be produced without any problems.

Since]colour reproduction in digital printing can be influenced by several factors, colour accuracy can only be guaranteed by means of a pre-agreed proof (pre-print). Do you have specific colour values for your CI (corporate) colours or do you want to be absolutely certain about the colour scheme on this material? Then please contact us and we will be happy to check the respective options.

Fonts & elements embedded/pathed

All fonts and elements must be embedded in the print file. Fonts can also be converted directly into paths. Please make sure that texts and fine lines are created in pure black. For example, 100% black, 0% yellow, 0% magenta, 0% cyan.

Print data check: Basic print data check or personal graphics service

We do not guarantee the quality of your printouts. To be absolutely sure that the print data is correctly created, you have the option of booking the basic print data check or personal support from one of our graphic designers.

Basic print data check – have the key printability parameters checked
Do you have little experience in creating printable data? Would you like to have the most important points of the sent print data checked again? For just €5.90, you have the option of adding a basic check of the print data to your shopping basket separately.

Personalised graphics service – full support from a graphic designer
Do you have a precise idea of how the printed lanyards should look? A graphic designer will be happy to help you with the complete realisation of the print data attachment. We charge for this service based on the time and effort involved. The costs for this are €44.50 per half hour or part thereof.

The matching carabiner hook

At the lower end, the printed lanyards are equipped with one of the two hooks as standard:

• standard carabiner
• Oval carabiner

Each model is designed so that the lower link can rotate freely from the upper part. This has the advantage that the lanyard or an attached id card holder or name tag is always clearly legible.

Optional accessories: safety lock and/or clip

O rder the printed lanyard in the standard version including hooks. If the advertising material is to be equipped with an extra feature, a buckle and/or a safety catch can be added to the Lany:

Plastic safety clasp for the neck

Our lanyards can also be equipped with the Safety Clip, a safety fastener that is worn at the nape of the neck.

This offers the following advantages, for example at sporting events: the plastic safety clasp is only held together by a kind of push button – if the lanyard is pulled suddenly or hard, the clasp releases automatically.

Clip buckle: a practical accessory for keys and much more.

The buckle is a quick-release fastener that is attached to the lower end of the lanyard. The clip/buckle separates the strap into two parts and can be opened quickly and easily with just two fingers.

The advantages of the practical buckle: the clip means that you don't have to take off the whole lanyard over your head. Keys, cards, USB sticks and other products hanging from the end of the lanyard can be easily and conveniently detached from the rest of the lanyard using the clip.

Other accessories: hooks, key rings, ID card holders and pouches, and much more.

On both standard hooks, an id card holder as well as punched tickets and passes can be attached directly to the lanyard. Do you need a special accessory? No problem, please contact us. Bags, a key ring, loops, clips, etc. are always available on request.
