Black foil for various applications – which foil is suitable for what?
For packaging, as tablecloths or cover foils – the various foils are used in many different ways in a wide range of areas.
Lacquer foils – glossy, scratch-resistant
Lacquer foils are used as tablecloths at events. Often, unattractive rental furniture, beer tables or similar items are used here, and the shiny lacquer foil enhances the appearance of the tables. Lacquer foil in black is also used for coverings and decoration in trade fair and stage construction, in retail, etc. The lacquer foil has a glossy surface, for protection, the foil is doubled and wound onto a roll with the glossy side facing inwards. In addition to black, the lacquer foil is available in 7 other colours. Especially for the event sector, the lacquer foil is also available in a flame-retardant version, B1-certified according to DIN 4102. The B1 lacquer foil is available in black and 2 other colours.
PE foil black with 100 µ and 120 µ thickness
PE foils are a must for every production! Thanks to their valuable properties, the foils offer a wide range of applications. The 100 my thick PE foil is an inexpensive cover foil that protects freshly laid floor coverings from dirt and serves as an underlay to protect against moisture from below. As a cover foil, they also protect equipment and technology from moisture and dust at outdoor events. Black PE foil also serves as a virtually invisible cover foil for cables on stages. We offer PE foil in a flame-retardant version with a thickness of 120 µ specifically for events. An additional advantage of the 120 µ thick PE foil is that it is completely opaque ( ) and can be used as a blackout foil.
Stretch film black – extremely elastic, for packaging
Another black foil in our range is stretch film. This film is extremely elastic and at the same time tear-resistant and robust; it is mainly used as packaging film. Stretch film reliably protects expensive equipment from damage. In black, stretch film also enables opaque packaging. The stretch film can be used for palletising as hand stretch film or with a roll dispenser (also available from allbuyone). Practical: the film is almost self-adhesive and sticks to itself.
