Printing signs and plates
Plate printing in the format you want, for trade fairs, events, city festivals or clubs – at allbuyone , you can have signs and plates printed just the way you need them. Choose from a range of materials and thicknesses: from inexpensive hollow chamber plates for short-term use as election posters or marathon signage for a single day to durable, extremely robust aluminium Dibond plates, for example for advertising signs, perimeter advertising or impressive decorative signs.
Because standard sizes often don't fit, we manufacture all panels to measure. So that you and your customers are 100% satisfied!

*The information on UV resistance depends on the location of use. Under permanent, strong sunlight, the panels have a shorter service life than in (partially) shaded, weather-protected locations.
Hollow chamber plate – super-lightweight plates for short-term use
Hollow chamber plates (webbed plates) are weather-resistant, flexible plates made of polypropylene. The plates with internal longitudinal chambers have a slightly grooved surface structure.
The hollow chamber plates are available in our online shop in two thicknesses: 3 mm and 5 mm.

Honeycomb panels – lightweight, kink-resistant signs
Honeycomb plates – similar to simple hollow chamber plates – have an internal hollow structure. However, in honeycomb plates, this structure is honeycomb-shaped, which gives the handy plates a high degree of inherent stability – despite their low weight and thin thickness!
The honeycomb panel is available in our shop in a thickness of 2.8 mm.

Forex rigid foam board – all-round signs for versatile use
Forex plates are lightweight signs made of PVC hard foam, extremely stable and durable. The hard foam plates have a smooth, silk matt surface that is ideal for printing. Available in different thicknesses, the plates are extremely versatile and suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Depending on the thickness, the plates can be stapled, glued or screwed.
You can order Forex rigid foam sheets online in our shop in four thicknesses: 2 mm, 3 mm, 5 mm and 8 mm – from thin and light to strong and extra durable.

Alu Dibond board – premium signs for long-term use
Absolutely high quality, extremely stable and bend-resistant and perfect for long-term use: Aluminium Dibond panels (aluminium composite panels) are the premium panels among printable panel materials. Aluminium composite panels, consisting of a lightweight PE layer between two aluminium cover layers, are weather-resistant and UV-stable and ideal for long-term or repeated use.
Aluminium Dibond sheets are available in our shop in thicknesses of 2 mm and 3 mm.

Plate printing in the highest quality
We want you to be completely satisfied with your signs, whether they are large-format cladding or simple information signs. At allbuyone, you get the highest quality plate printing, with intense colours and high resolution, regardless of which material you choose.
We print all panels using 6c digital printing, with great attention to detail and rich, vibrant colours. The panels are printed on one side as standard. If you would like to use your panel on both sides, double-sided printing is also possible. Please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with a personalised quote!
Plate printing at allbuyone – it's that easy
- Give each individual panel a name (optional) – this name will appear on all receipts and you will always have an overview
- Specify the length and width.
- Save the product.
- Add the desired plate to your shopping cart and complete your order.
- After successful purchase, you will receive an order confirmation for your products and a link to our data sheet, which contains important information regarding the layout and transmission of the print data.
- You will then receive a second email with an order confirmation and a personalised link for uploading your print data.
- The order confirmation also contains the expected delivery date*.
- Free data check! We check your data for printability. We automatically correct minor corrections for you. If the resolution or similar is incorrect, we will actively contact you. This service is free of charge for you!
- Once the data is correct, your products will go to print.
- The plates will be shipped to you after production.
*Exception: payment in advance. In this case, we will only start production of your printed materials after receipt of payment. The delivery date is therefore dependent on receipt of payment.
Please ensure that your print data is carefully prepared. Confirmed print orders are custom-made and cannot be exchanged.

Customised signs and plates in the format you want
We supply customised printed plates and signs, not off the shelf! In our online configurator , you can order plates in the desired dimensions, rectangular cut in individual lengths and widths.
Please note the maximum panel dimensions for a single-piece print. Larger formats are also no problem; we will print your design on several panels, which you can attach next to each other and join together to form a large sign!
Whether wafer-thin and lightweight or compact and robust – our sheet materials are available in various thicknesses. This allows you to tailor the sheets perfectly to your application!
Free-form signs milled with contour cut
Rectangular cuts too boring for you? Do you need sheets in custom shapes? No problem, we are happy to mill your signs in freeform, oval, round, heart-shaped and much more. Anything is possible!
We recommend Forex and Alu Dibond as materials for contour-cut signs. These plates are made of a homogeneous material and produce beautiful, clean edges. Hollow chamber and honeycomb plates are therefore not suitable for contour cutting. The hollow groove/honeycomb structure does not produce attractive edges.

Suitable accessories for fastening
Depending on the plate material and thickness, there are various options for fastening the signs. Of course, the intended use also plays a role.
The following accessories are suitable for all panels in all thicknesses:
- Adhesive tape – double-sided tape or single-sided gaffa tape
- Sign stands
- Screws, optionally with washers
- cable ties*
*Cable ties for perforated panels. All panels can be perforated on request, just contact us briefly!
