Mesh and PVC tarpaulins: which material should you choose?
What material would you like your advertising banners to be made from? Should the banners be windproof and opaque, with first-class print quality? Or would you prefer wind-permeable banners for large-format outdoor advertising?

Customised banner printing in individual sizes
Standard formats are available from a standard online print shop. Popular formats such as fence banners can also be found in our range. However, because standard formats often don't fit in the event industry, you can use the online configurator to configure all materials yourself, exactly as you need them. Simply enter the desired length and width and we will produce the banner in your desired size.
Information on the maximum seamless print width can be found in the respective article text. Larger formats are also possible; we simply join several panels together.
Do you need PVC banners in free form, contour cut? That is also possible; we will be happy to advise you personally!
Finishing options at a glance: eyelets, hemstitching and much more.
With our configurator, you can not only customise the PVC and mesh banners to your desired dimensions, but also choose the right finishing.
The following options are available:
- Cut (straight cut edge)
- cut and with eyelets all around (at intervals of 50 cm)
- simply hemmed (simple flat hem)
- hemmed and with eyelets (only in the corners)
- hemmed and with eyelets all around (at intervals of 50 cm)
- with hollow hem / flat hem (4 cm / 8 cm / 10 cm flat measured)

Premium quality printing
We print PVC and mesh banners in our event print shop using state-of-the-art printing machines with high-quality digital printing. Tarpaulins are printed in 6c digital printing, nets in 4c. The print quality is colour-intensive for all materials, the resolution depends on the material:
Closed PVC tarpaulins offer optimal printing conditions, enabling high-resolution printing with sharp edges, precise details and brilliant motif reproduction.
Net-like, permeable banners made of mesh and soundmesh do not have a completely photorealistic print quality due to their structure. The coarser the structure, the greater the viewing distance required. An advantage over smooth PVC tarpaulins: the interrupted structure means that incoming light is not reflected, which is particularly important in stage areas.
Ordering process, delivering print data – here's how it works
Ordering printed banners is very easy and can be done in just a few steps:
- Specify the length and width.
- Select the desired edge finishing.
- Save the product.
- Add your finished banner to your shopping basket and complete your purchase (or add another item).
- After successful purchase, you will receive an order confirmation and a link to our data sheet, which contains important information regarding the creation and transmission of your print data.
- You will then receive a second email with the order confirmation (including your personal link for uploading the print data).
- The order confirmation also contains the expected delivery date (for prepayment, we will start production after receipt of payment).
- Our free service: We check your data for printability. We automatically correct minor errors for you. If the resolution or similar is incorrect, we will actively contact you.
- As soon as the data is correct, your products will go to print.
Please note: Your print data is carefully and individually created. Confirmed print orders are custom-made and cannot be exchanged.
