Dance floor tape for bonding dance floors and PVC floor coverings
PVC or dance floor adhesive tape bonds the edges and joints of your floor covering cleanly, durably and in a matching colour. Soft PVC adhesive tape is particularly suitable for bonding dance floors.
What are the advantages of soft PVC adhesive tape?
Soft PVC adhesive tape is particularly elastic and therefore very easy to use. Soft PVC is also particularly flexible. This makes PVC adhesive tape ideal for bonding to uneven surfaces.
We offer dance floor tape in two versions:
- PVC tape GT 802 - PVC adhesive tape
- PVC tape AT 208 - Marleytape
Brief profile of PVC tape GT 802 – flame retardant
PVC adhesive tape has a matt, non-reflective surface. Once applied, it is waterproof. It is therefore ideal as adhesive tape for bonding PVC or other floor coverings, even outdoors. The PVC adhesive tape is also very durable and up to 70% stretchable.
Adhesive strength of PVC adhesive tape GT 802
PVC tape GT 802 has strong adhesive strength and medium immediate adhesion. It is coated with a soft adhesive based on natural rubber.
Brief profile PVC tape AT 208 - Marley Tape
The PVC adhesive tape has a matt surface. When bonded, the PVC adhesive tape is waterproof, flame retardant and self-extinguishing. The dance floor adhesive tape has an elasticity of up to 70%.
Adhesive strength of dance floor adhesive tape AT 208
The PVC adhesive tape AT 280 is equipped with a non-corrosive adhesive. It has good adhesive strength and medium immediate adhesion.
Colours of PVC tape
The GT 802 PVC adhesive tape is available in black, white and transparent. We have the Gaffa AT 208 in black, grey and white in stock. Other colours are available on request.
Tip: The grey AT 208 is a perfect match for our grey PVC dance floor!
Main uses of PVC tape
PVC adhesive tape is primarily used for laying PVC flooring. In the event and show industry, it is also used as dance floor adhesive tape or laying tape for ballet floors.
The flame-retardant properties of PVC adhesive tape allow it to be used at most public events.
