The trafficable cable protector is an inexpensive yet robust cable duct made of heavy-duty hard rubber. The floor-mounted cable protector is available in two versions: As a trafficable cable protector that protects your cables, wires and hoses, it offers 5 cable channels (each 35 mm wide x 30 mm high) and as a 3-channel cable protector, each 50 mm wide and 45 mm high. On the outside, the rubber cable protectors with a polyethylene cover have the following dimensions: 50 cm and 91 cm, or 95 cm including connectors (width x length). As trip protection, the cable protectors are only 5 or 7 cm high.
The load capacity of the trafficable cable protector is 5 tonnes maximum axle load for both versions , making it primarily suitable for car traffic and passable by appropriate trucks. The material of the cable protector is not suitable for heavy-duty traffic.
The connection system with tongue and groove connectors ensures quick and easy installation. The cable protectors are clearly visible in black and yellow. The drive-over cable protector safely stores cables, wires and hoses and protects pedestrians from tripping hazards. The dead weight of 14.5 kg or 19.5 kg in the 3-channel version ensures that the floor-mounted cable duct lies securely on the ground.

Despite being made of rubber, the cable protectors are very robust. The hardness range is 75 - 85 Shore ± A, which indicates a high level of durability. The floor channel is also resistant to oil, acid and petrol. In addition to its high resistance to liquids, the cable protector is also temperature resistant from -10°C to +65°C. The cable protectors are compatible and can be connected to each other.
At events such as markets, trade fairs or other events, the cable protectors provide reliable cable protection and at the same time help to protect pedestrians from tripping. The cable protector trafficable is available in two different versions: 5 cable channels and 3 cable channels. Using the rubber cable protector, equipping with cables and hoses
Both cable protectors made of hard rubber are connected to each other by a simple tongue and groove locking system. Each element has two lugs on one side and the matching recess for receiving these lugs on the other. With the help of this system, any number of cable protectors can be connected to each other.
First connect as many cable protectors as necessary to achieve the length to be bridged. As soon as all cable protectors are connected to each other, you can open the yellow cover of all cable protectors. Now that all cable ducts are exposed, the cables, lines or hoses can be routed in them.
Full protection]and maximum load capacity can only be guaranteed if the cable protectors are properly installed. Therefore, please make sure that the cable protectors are connected to form a closed unit and that they are flush. The lid should lie flat on the base to avoid the trip protection becoming a tripping hazard. Please also make sure that the individual components are at the same height and that there are no major unevennesses between the individual cable ducts. This is the only way to ensure a seamless connection. The cable protector is not suitable for bridging shafts, trenches or other depressions. In addition, no platforms, trusses, scaffolding or other components may be supported on the cable protector.
