The GT 571 in this version is our neon adhesive cloth tape from GRIP Eventbasics, which you can order in 5 neon colours – green, pink, orange, blue and yellow – in our shop. The professional adhesive tape is fluorescent,, i.e. the tape glows under UV light (black light) and is also optimally visible in poor lighting conditions during the day.
The fabric adhesive tape is equipped with a high-quality, non-corrosive adhesive made of natural rubber, which has a very high adhesive strength (adhesive strength on steel 6 N/cm) and high immediate adhesion, even on sensitive surfaces, and can be removed without leaving any residue for up to 48 hours. The tape's very fine mesh fabric can be torn precisely by hand (lengthwise and crosswise) and also offers a very high degree of shape adaptability. The tape adheres precisely to corners and edges as well as structured surfaces, but also sticks to smooth adhesive surfaces without wrinkling. A PE-coated adhesive cloth tape with a neon surface that is shiny, waterproof and particularly abrasion-resistant and can be used indoors and outdoors.

Adhesive cloth tape neon GT 571 for use under black light (UV light)
The neon adhesive tape is the ideal accessory for the event industry. Whether on stage, backstage or on your cases and cables in the warehouse, there is always something to be marked. This product is not only convincing because of its fluorescent surface, which glows in the neon colours pink, orange, green and yellow under UV light – but the quality of the fabric tape itself is something special !
A pressure-sensitive, non-corrosive adhesive with very high adhesive strength and high initial tack, a durable surface coating (total thickness 0.3 mm!) and the very fine fabric, which can be torn by hand with ease and is also particularly adaptable, leave little to be desired. The tape can be used both indoors and outdoors, is waterproof and offers the best adhesion over a wide temperature range (from -35°C to +80°C). It can even be removed from sensitive surfaces without leaving any residue for up to 48 hours after application.
Neon GT 571 can be easily torn by hand from the roll, it offers straight tear edges – both crosswise and lengthwise.
Neon adhesive tape processing
Never touch the surfaces to be bonded with your hands. Make sure that the surface to which the tape is to be applied is clean and dust-free. Press the tape firmly into place after application, especially on rough surfaces – this increases the adhesive force. The optimum processing temperature for neon tape is between +10°C and +45°C.
like bacon, but it's not! The Grip GT 571 is coated with a natural rubber adhesive and may have a slight smell of smoke due to the production process. This process removes moisture from the raw material, making it less susceptible to condensation and more stable when exposed to temperature fluctuations.
Removing the neon cloth tapes
Always remove adhesive tape slowly at a 90° angle and do not jerk it off. Do not leave the tape on any longer than necessary – it can be removed from most surfaces without leaving a residue for up to 48 hours. Any residue can be removed with the Tesa adhesive remover or with petroleum ether or orange cleaner.
Storage conditions for adhesive cloth tape neon
Always store your adhesive tapes at normal humidity and temperatures between approx. +12°C and +25°C. Each roll of neon cloth tape is individually wrapped when delivered. Leave the tapes in this packaging until use and protect them from direct sunlight.
