Tips for the optimal use of hook and loop tapes

The hook and loop tape can be opened and closed multiple times without any problems. Even with multiple applications, it guarantees firm hook and loop fasteners thanks to its high quality. Please note the following when using the hook and loop tapes:

• The surface to which the tape is stuck should be free of grease, oil, moisture, dust or plasticisers. Self-adhesive fleece tape is acid-resistant and withstands alkaline chemicals.
• When closing, apply sufficient pressure to the two tapes to ensure a reliable hold.

The fleece tape self-adhesive should not be used on surfaces that contain high levels of plasticisers (especially oligomers). The adhesive on the back of the fleece tapes could leak out due to the chemicals.

Storage of the self-adhesive hook and loop tape by the metre

To ensure that the strong adhesive power is maintained for a long time, please store the self-adhesive loop tape by the metre in a well-ventilated, dark and dry room at room temperature (approx. 20°C).
