The black rips carpet on a 50 m roll, 2 m wide, is an affordable yet high-quality and extremely durable exhibition and event carpet for temporary installation indoors and outdoors. The approximately 3 mm thick and 330 g/m² exhibition carpet, made from 100% polypropylene, is quick to lay, easy to maintain, and designed for high foot traffic – the black colour blends seamlessly into almost any design concept, whether on trade fair stands, in exhibition spaces, or across various indoor and outdoor event venues.
The black exhibition carpet, flame-retardant, is tested to (DIN 4102 / EN 13501-1) B1 and Bfl-s1. This ensures the rips carpet meets current fire safety standards and allows flexible installation across Europe for public events, trade fair halls, conference centres, or other public facilities.
Rips exhibition carpets feature a dirt-repellent, finely ribbed surface and a water-repellent underside. They adapt to the subfloor, lie flat, are extremely low-maintenance and robust, and can be laid quickly and easily. Exhibition carpets are easy to cut to size, odourless and lint-free, and can be secured with double-sided adhesive tape. Optionally, the black event carpet can be reinforced at the edges with cloth tape to prevent tripping hazards, such as in reception areas or on staircases leading to entrances. A rips exhibition carpet is anti-static, non-slip, and impact sound-absorbing, providing not only a visually understated ambience as a floor covering in large halls and rooms but also effective sound insulation and protection for underlying floor coverings. For maintenance, exhibition carpets can be swept or vacuumed, and stains can be treated with mild soapy water. For reuse, we recommend storing and transporting the carpet flat on the roll.

Like all allbuyone floor coverings, the carpet is certified as being flame retardant and classified as Bfl-s1 according to EN 13501-1 (formerly B1 according to DIN 4102). This means that the exhibition carpet meets the strict fire protection requirements for public events. Exhibition carpets are laid at galas, receptions, trade fairs and other events, creating a sophisticated atmosphere everywhere. Rips carpet is certified as being flame-retardant
The exhibition carpet is flame retardant. The exhibition carpet has the B1 certificate according to DIN 4102 and is tested according to the Europe-wide classification for floor coverings Bfl-s1 according to EN 13501-1. The carpet thus meets the strict fire protection regulations that apply to many public events. Please note: the certification only applies to use as a floor covering. If the exhibition carpet is used for other purposes, such as wall covering, the certificate is not valid.

Note on laying exhibition carpet outdoors
Exhibition carpet can also be laid outside as a carpet runner for premieres, weddings and trade fairs. However, please note that the rips carpet is sensitive to extreme cold. The carpet fibres can become brittle at temperatures below zero. The critical temperature threshold for rips carpet made of polypropylene is approximately -7°C to -12°C. The carpet can also become slippery in heavy rain.
