The cable tie set is colour-coded; the practical plastic box contains 450 cable ties in 9 bright colours ( ) with 50 pieces of each colour. The cable ties with internal teeth are 200 mm long and 4.8 mm wide. The fasteners have a minimum holding force of approx. 22 kg per piece and are suitable for a maximum bundle diameter of 50 mm.
The cable ties are made of polyamide 6.6 and are of high quality, self-extinguishing and highly abrasion-resistant. They remain highly dimensionally stable even when exposed to heat . The coloured cable ties are also resistant to oils, greases, salts, mild acids and chlorate solvents.
Cable ties can be fastened by hand or conveniently with cable tie pliers and any protruding ends can be cut off. The pliers can be ordered as accessories in our shop.

Note: The coloured cable ties are not resistant to strong acids and prolonged UV exposure. Only black cable ties are UV stable. Therefore, store the cable ties protected from direct sunlight and other heat sources and in the sealed original packaging.
The sealed packaging prevents moisture from escaping from the cable ties and drying them out. If this happens, pack the cable ties in an airtight bag with a little water. In most cases, this will allow the cable ties to absorb moisture again and be reused.
