The cover is made of stage molton and fits perfectly on Mannesmann barriers and other safety barriers. The molton cover is flame retardant according to fire class B1 and classified according to DIN EN 13501-1 and is available in 8 different colours.
Molton cover B1 for safety barriers
Allbuyone offers you practical sleeves for barrier fences in 8 colours. The sleeves are made of stage molton customised to your needs. Molton has a B1 certificate according to DIN 4102. The opaque molton fabric, with a weight of 300 g/m², is ideal as an event accessory for covering barrier fences.
Safety barriers (Mannesmann barriers) in different sizes are required for different events. We therefore manufacture the matching sleeves made of stage molton B1 exactly according to your specifications. Thanks to the Velcro fastening tape attached to both sides, the black sleeves can be easily pushed over the safety barriers, while still leaving a gap for the connecting elements.

Flame-retardant molton covers in accordance with DIN 4102 B1 and DIN EN 13501-1
Like all molton fabrics from allbuyone, the molton covers are also impregnated to make them flame retardant. The covers are B1-certified according to DIN 4102. In addition to the B1 certificate, allbuyone molton meets the classification C-s1, d0 according to DIN EN 13501-1. This means that stage molton meets the strict fire protection requirements and is suitable for public indoor events.
Use of sleeves for barrier fences at events
Safety barriers are used at many events to separate audience zones and various event areas:
- backstage and catering areas are clearly separated using safety barriers. At the entrance to festivals and other outdoor events, robust crowd control barriers help to control the entry of event visitors.
- Mannesmann barriers are used to prevent fans from entering the red carpet at film premieres and similar VIP events.
- Organisers use safety barriers to separate the race track from the spectator area at marathons and cycle races.
Wherever safety barriers are used as event accessories, covers made of stage molton B1 are used to visually enhance the bare steel tubes. Sleeves for barrier fences help create a more pleasant atmosphere at any event.

Details on how to make up the covers from stage molton B1
The molton covers are equipped with Velcro tape and fleece tape on both sides. This makes it easy to attach them to Mannesmann barriers. The connecting elements on the safety barrier remain free. This means that any number of safety barriers can be connected to each other. The Velcro tape makes it easy to attach the covers to the safety barrier and they can be quickly replaced.

Can I clean Molton covers?
Molton is made of 100% cotton and is generally easy to care for. However, the fire protection impregnation is lost through washing, ironing, drying and other mechanical stress as well as damp storage. The flame protection of the covers made of stage molton can be renewed by re-impregnation with the flame retardants Bioretard, but the molton covers only comply with DIN 4102 if the flame retardant spray is applied correctly.
