The matte, non-reflective surface ensures even lighting and is particularly camera-friendly. The underside features a thin foam backing layer that provides light cushioning and enhances dancing comfort. Inside, a fibreglass inlay gives the floor stability, durability, and a permanently smooth surface. The dance floor covering is quick and easy to install – simply roll it out, secure the edges with elastic PVC adhesive tape, and it’s ready. Alternatively, it can be fixed to the subfloor at specific points using double-sided adhesive tape if needed. The roll weighs approx. 66 kg, is just under 2 mm thick, and is single-sided. With proper storage and protected transport, the floor can be reused multiple times.

The durable stage floor has a slightly embossed surface, is highly abrasion-resistant and is therefore a high-quality floor for various types of dance as well as for rolling backdrops and equipment. Its high weight and a reinforcing mineral fleece insert ensure that it lies smoothly and is dimensionally stable. A fine foam layer on the back provides slight cushioning properties.
The individual sheets are laid end to end and can be glued together without bulges or ripples using transparent or colour-matching adhesive tape. You can order the stage floor from allbuyone in 16 colours. The dance carpet measures ± 200 cm in width and the roll length is ± 25 m. The 50 m² roll weighs ± 66 kg. : The stage floor is a high-quality, flame-retardant floor that is suitable for temporary installation on event stages. This floor can be laid several times and is highly durable. However, dance carpets are not designed for long-term or many years of use in dance studios. If the stage floor is laid as a dance carpet, high point loads, sharp-edged objects or hard materials can damage the surface. When used as a dance carpet for stages, it should therefore not be used for tap dancing or similar dances with shod/reinforced shoes. Similarly, rubber soles can, as with other floor coverings, lead to unsightly "stripes" on the floor. When wet, the surface of the floor can become slippery. Equipment and scenery should always be transported on casters.

Laying a stage floor
Laying a portable dance floor is a breeze: unroll, lay end to end and stick down at the sides. The matching PVC tapes in white, black or transparent are extremely elastic and adaptable. In addition, PVC adhesive tapes also offer good abrasion resistance, are ultra-matt and waterproof when glued on. Have you decided on the coloured stage floor? The individually matching Gaffa Tape GT 571 can also be used as an alternative. In addition, temporary installation is also possible on double-sided tape.
The PVC dance floor often has a strong smell of its own. For installation, mainly in small rooms, we recommend adequate ventilation before the start of the event.

Delivery & transport of dance carpets
Please ensure that the stage floor is undamaged upon delivery. The item is very heavy and has sharp edges. The rolls should never be tilted over loading ramps or placed on the edges at an angle. Only sign the consignment note if the products are delivered undamaged – transport insurance only applies if any defects are documented directly upon acceptance of the goods.
Individual rolls should only be transported upright using a hand truck. If transported horizontally, please use two people or a forklift truck with a mandrel. Complaints due to incorrect transport or improper storage will not be accepted.
Storage & cleaning of the dance floor
Wipe the stage floor regularly with a mop and a pH-neutral cleaning agent. To prevent stubborn stains, rub the affected area immediately with a soft coconut brush. Scratches on the floor can be removed with a small amount of cleaning solvent. Use water to remove spilled chemicals from the floor covering. If necessary, use suitable doormats to prevent dust from collecting on the floors.
The stage floor can easily be rolled up for reuse. Avoid damage and creasing by rolling the floor properly back onto the core of the product and store it horizontally, individually on a shelf. The optimum temperature for storing the stage floor is between +15° and +35° C. Store the stage floor in a dry place, protected from heat, UV radiation, moisture, vapour, haze and solvents, individually on the roll.
