Endless advertising banners in 4 sizes

Depending on whether you want to attach the banners to safety barriers, railings or fences, the banners are available in different sizes.

You can buy the banners ready-made in four popular standard sizes (each height x width):

0.80 m x 45 m
1.20 m x 45 m
1.75 m x 45 m
2 m x 45 m

The endless banners have straight edges (without hemming) and are equipped with eyelets at 50 cm intervals all around.

about the material of the eyelets: The banners are available either with rustproof metal eyelets or plastic eyelets welded to the back, this varies depending on production.

Endless banners made of Frontlit tarpaulin – premium quality print

Frontlit PVC with 500 g/m² is a high-quality material that offers the best printing conditions. We print tarpaulins with a closed surface in cast quality in high resolution using 6c digital printing.

The smooth surface enables photo-realistic printing with intense, brilliant colours. Lines and edges are clean and razor sharp, motifs and colour gradients can be printed in rich detail and intense colours .

Order endless banners printed tarpaulin – this is how it's done

Add the endless banner tarpaulin to your shopping basket and complete the order.
After a successful purchase, you will receive an order confirmation for your products and a link to our data sheet, which contains important information regarding the creation and transmission of print data.
You will then receive a second e-mail with an order confirmation and a personalised link for uploading your print data.
The order confirmation also contains the estimated delivery date* (approx. 1 to 2 weeks).
Note on print data checking: If you have booked our basic print data check, we will automatically make minor corrections for you. If the resolution or similar is not correct, we will actively contact you.
If you have not booked the print data check, we cannot guarantee the quality of your prints.
Optionally, you can book our personal premium graphics service. This will be charged separately based on the time involved (€44.50 for each half hour or part thereof). To do so, please leave us a short note in the order notes at the end of the order.
The endless banner tarpaulin will be shipped to you after production.

Exception: advance payment. In this case, we will not start production of your printed matter until we have received your payment. Accordingly, the delivery date depends on when we receive your payment

Important information about repeat length and print motif placement

You order the endless banner mesh as a whole roll with a length of 45 m. We use digital printing to print banners, which is why there is no fixed repeat length. We can either print a motif across the entire width of 45 m (1) or we can print a repeating motif (2):

Important for you or your graphic designer:

For a motif with a width of 45 m: Please supply us with the file in the final format, laid out on 45 m (in a factor of 1:10).
A repeating motif in your desired width: Please provide us with a repeat of the repeating motif in the correct height and your desired width. Important here: the final dimension of the banner (45 m) must be divisible by the repeat length!

We reserve the right to print the base material of the 500 g tarpaulins from other manufacturers as well, which is why some specifications (e.g. maximum tensile strength, tear resistance) may differ.

Note: The information on weather and UV resistance has been determined in studies under Central European conditions. Use in regions with different climatic conditions (high humidity, strong UV radiation), such as in southern European countries, tropical areas and desert regions, as well as in areas with heavy air pollution or at high altitudes, will cause a faster ageing process.

What are endless banners suitable for?

Endless banners made of PVC tarpaulin are robust and weatherproof, so unlike cloth banners and endless nonwovens, they can be used outdoors for a longer period of time. In general, the banners are suitable as extra-long advertising for safety barriers, construction site fences, railings, etc. The advertising banners are particularly popular for the following areas:

sports sponsorship at cycle races, marathons and in stadiums

Tension banners along roads and construction sites
decorative banners at trade fairs and events
Advertising banners for the catering industry

Which height is suitable for which (barrier) fence?

Our range of 4 sizes of endless banners covers fences and barriers of various heights. We recommend the four heights as follows:

0.80 m for safety barriers (Mannesmann barriers), railings and boards
1.20 m for grilles and fences
1.75 m for site fences (a standard site fence measures 1.76 m from top to bottom)
2.00 m for (wooden) site fences, solid wire fences, etc.

The banners are easy and flexible to use. Our PVC banners have eyelets all around at 50 cm intervals. The eyelets make them extremely easy to attach – quickly and securely. We recommend using tensioning hooks (bungee cords) and cable ties for attachment.
