This Bungee Cord - an expander rope with hook and T-bar – is great for self-installation and also a handy alternative to the classic bungee cords with expander sling. It is fast and simple to handle: Insert the t-bar first through the eyelets, shape a loop with the bungee cord, attach hook to bungee cord, finished! In order to secure tarpaulins, banner etc., the T-bar – a rotatable tilt sleeve - needs to be placed horizontally.
