Lashing strap black for fastening: secure and unobtrusive
A black lashing strap (also known as a lashing belt or tensioning set) is extremely versatile and used in many areas: for example, for securing, fastening and strapping – at events, on construction sites and in warehouses. Our customers choose the professional black lashing strap when they want to mount speakers, screens and other heavy accessories on the stage securely and as invisibly as possible. The strap complies with the DIN 12195-2 standard and is available in our shop either in one or two parts and with a painted or unpainted ratchet. The lashing strap black is available from allbuyone in 6 m lengths and 25 or 50 mm widths, with a permissible tensile force of 400 to 5000 daN (depending on the version).
When using the lashing belts indoors or outdoors, always pay attention to their maximum load values!
Lashing straps black in 4 versions
The lashing strap is available in the following variants:
- 1-part – lashing strap with black-painted ratchet (permissible tensile force: 800 daN)
- 1-part – lashing strap with ratchet (permissible tensile force: 5000 daN)
- 2-part – double tensioning strap with black-painted ratchet and hook (permissible tensile force: 400 daN)
- 2-part – double tensioning belt with ratchet and hook (permissible tensile force: 2500 daN)
round slings, for example, the colour of the lashing strap gives no indication of its load capacity!
Lashing strap black with metal ratchet – one-piece
Do you want to securely attach material on or behind the stage without causing annoying light reflections? Then we recommend the lashing strap (25 mm wide) with an additional black paint finish on the metal ratchet. The dark colour of the strap and ratchet makes this lashing strap extra inconspicuous and non-reflective. On the other hand, to secure particularly heavy equipment, accessories and tools, we recommend using the lashing belts with an unpainted ratchet (50 mm wide) – these are equipped with an extra high lashing capacity. Each ratchet tensioning belt is 6 metres long.

Lashing strap with metal ratchet and hook – two-piece
This 6-metre lashing strap consists of two parts: the strap with hooks and a second, shorter strap with hooks at one end and a ratchet at the other. What's the advantage? You don't have to lash the lashing strap completely around the items to secure the load. Instead, the ratchet strap can simply be hooked onto a part of the load, e.g. chains, grilles or pallets! The two-part, 25 mm wide lashing belts are also equipped with a black-painted ratchet and are therefore particularly suitable for unobtrusive use on stages and the like.

Our]lashing belts meet the DIN EN 12195-2 standard for securing loads: each lashing strap is provided with a special identification label in blue (polyester lashing strap), without which the lashing strap must not be used. Both ends of the two-part lashing belt must be labelled. The label on the fastening strap must include information about the manufacturer, tensile force, tensioning force and elongation.
: Lashing belts must not be used as lifting straps for any kind of load! Round slings must be used instead of lashing belts for this purpose.
