The mesh barrier covers B1 are wind-permeable, weatherproof covers for Mannesmann barriers and other safety barriers. Because safety barriers have different dimensions depending on the manufacturer, we manufacture the covers for you to fit perfectly – individually according to your specifications. The covers have Velcro/fleece tape on the sides for a perfect fit on the safety barrier, so nothing can slip.
The robust material – PVC-coated mesh B1 300 g/m² – is weatherproof, UV-resistant for 1-3 years, B1-certified and extremely tear-resistant and dimensionally stable. With 20% wind permeability, mesh covers are ideal for outdoor use. We print the barrier covers at in high resolution using 4c digital printing, in almost photo-realistic quality with intense colours – individually tailored to your specifications, of course !

Mesh barrier covers B1 – robust & wind-permeable for indoor and outdoor use
Are you looking for a wind-permeable, weatherproof cover for your safety barrier with custom printing? Then the mesh barrier fence cover is just right for you!
Barrier covers made of mesh vinyl 300 g/m² are 20% wind-permeable, robust and UV-stable for 1-3 years – ideal for outdoor barriers, for example in front of ticket counters, nightclub entrances, at trade fairs, on ski lifts and much more. Thanks to their B1 certification (DIN 4102), the sleeves for barrier fences can also be used indoors.
The covers are printed individually according to your specifications, with sponsor logos, signposts, your company lettering or other branding – we print whatever you want!
We manufacture the sleeves to fit your specifications exactly, because we want your sleeves to fit perfectly! The sleeves for barrier fences are equipped with Velcro/fleece tape on the sides for quick attachment. Simply pull them over, stick them together and you're done!

We manufacture barrier covers for you made to measure
Our sleeves for barrier fences do not come in fixed sizes, as barrier fences / Mannesmann barriers vary in size depending on the manufacturer. We want your sleeves for barrier fences to fit perfectly, which is why we manufacture each sleeve to fit your barrier fence exactly.
How does it work? It's simple! We only need three measurements from you:

- External dimension b
- Pole diameter c
For custom-made barrier covers, we need three measurements from you.Send us the measurements by email to [email protected] or enter the measurements in the "Additional information" field of your online order – we will then manufacture the covers to fit your specifications exactly!
The sleeves have Velcro/fleece tape on the side edges for secure attachment to the safety barrier .
Barrier covers printed in high-resolution quality
We print the mesh covers in high-resolution 4c digital print, with intense colours and smooth colour transitions. Images and motifs can be printed in an almost photo-realistic quality. State-of-the-art printing processes enable streak-free printing in premium quality.
Please note: due to the net-like structure of the mesh sleeves for barrier fences, the print is only optimally visible from a certain viewing distance. However, with a grammage of 300 g/m², mesh is a very fine-meshed fabric, so the print is clearly visible even at a short viewing distance.
The lighting of the safety barriers also plays a role. The base material is white and is printed from above. When viewed from the side, the white mesh may be visible. This effect is enhanced the darker the printing colours are.
Have barrier covers printed individually – here's how
- Add the barrier cover to your shopping basket and complete your order.
- After successful purchase, you will receive an order confirmation for your products and a link to our data sheet, which contains important information regarding the layout and transmission of the print data. Please also note our special data sheet for barrier covers.
- You will then receive a second email with an order confirmation and a personalised link for uploading your print data.
- The order confirmation also contains the expected delivery date*.

Note on print data checking: If you have booked our basic print data check, we will automatically correct minor errors for you. If the resolution or similar is incorrect, we will contact you.
If you have not booked the print data check, we cannot guarantee the output quality of your prints.
Optionally, you can book our personal premium graphics service. This will be charged separately according to the time required (€44.50 per half hour or part thereof). Please leave us a short note in the order comments at the end of your order. - The barrier covers will be sent to you after production.
*Exception for payment in advance: In this case, we will only start production of your printed materials after receipt of payment. The delivery date is therefore dependent on receipt of payment.

We reserve the right to print the 300 g mesh base material from other manufacturers, which is why some specifications (e.g. maximum tensile strength, tear resistance) may vary.
Note: The information on weather and UV resistance has been determined in studies conducted under Central European conditions. Use in regions with different climatic conditions (high humidity, strong UV radiation), such as in Southern European countries, tropical areas and desert regions, as well as in areas with high air pollution or at high altitudes, will cause a faster ageing process.
Barrier covers B1-certified in flame-retardant quality
Like all our barrier fence covers, the vinyl mesh cover is flame retardant and B1 certified in accordance with DIN 4102. This means that the sleeve for barrier fences can also be used indoors, e.g. at trade fairs or in public buildings, at airports, etc. The B1 certificate means that the material meets the strict fire safety requirements that apply at many public events.
