Standard adhesive film (permanent) – stickers made customised

We use our standard adhesive film, a polymeric adhesive film, to produce high-quality premium stickers with a long durability. The polymeric adhesive film is coated with a strong adhesive that is long-lasting and designed for permanent bonding – as a sponsor sticker, marking / labelling of equipment, product sticker, car sticker, etc.

The polymeric adhesive foils are weatherproof and protected against fading by a UV-protective laminate, the foils are suitable for indoor and outdoor use for up to 7 years (depending on the substrate and location for outdoor use). The protective laminate is available in either a matt or glossy finish. We also produce the permanent film stickers in rectangular format (standard) or – on request – in contour cut format, made customised to your specifications. You can have the stickers printed customised to your project in high-resolution, colour-brilliant 6c digital printing – sticker printing in the highest quality!

Order stickers made customised – this is how it works

With our configurator, you can customise stickers in just a few steps. We then print the desired product according to your design specifications in the desired format.

Give each individual sticker a name (optional) – this name will appear on all receipts and you will always have an overview.
Select the desired material variant (matt / glossy).
Select the production of your adhesive film (standard cut / contour cut).
Specify the width and height.
Save the product.
Then place the stickers you have configured in the shopping basket and complete your purchase or add another item.
After a successful purchase, you will receive an order confirmation and a link to our data sheet, which contains important information regarding the preparation and transmission of your print data.
You will then receive a second e-mail with an order confirmation and a personalised link for uploading your print data.
The order confirmation also contains the provisional delivery date*.
Free data check: We check your data for printability. We automatically correct minor errors for you. If the resolution or similar is not correct, we will actively contact you. This service is free of charge for you!
As soon as the data is correct, your products will go to print.
The stickers will be sent to you after production.

Exception: advance payment. In this case, we will not start production of your printed matter until we have received your payment. Accordingly, the delivery date depends on when we receive your payment.

Please make sure that your print data is carefully created. Confirmed print orders are custom-made and cannot be exchanged.

Sticker printing in the highest, most colour-brilliant quality

We print permanent adhesive film stickers made of polymeric adhesive film using 6c digital printing. The base material, the white adhesive film, offers very good print quality with opaque, brilliant colours and a photo-realistic resolution – similar to paper. The adhesive on the back is grey, making the adhesive film almost light-proof.

After printing, the stickers are coated with a protective laminate, which is available in either gloss or matt. This UV protective lamination protects against colour fading and scratches.

The gloss laminate makes the sticker print look particularly colour-intensive and brilliant. However, the glossy surface is reflective and can cause glare, which can be disturbing in some areas (TV recordings, photography, stage). For these applications, we recommend matt lamination, which makes the stickers slightly less colour-intensive but reflection-free.

We print stickers made to measure in the size of your choice

We print adhesive films made to your specifications and in your preferred size. From a minimum size of 10 cm x 10 cm up to XXL stickers of several metres. The maximum size for a single-piece print is 500 cm x 148 cm. If your sticker is too big for a single-piece print, we will create it from several individual stickers that you can then combine into one large one – we will be happy to advise you on this personally!

You can design the stickers with our configurator in your own customised size and rectangular shape. Do you want round, oval or heart-shaped stickers? No problem, on request we will cut the adhesive film into a customised free-form shape, entirely according to your specifications!

Premium adhesive film for permanent stickers

The polymeric adhesive film is absolutely weatherproof, durable and dimensionally stable and designed for long-term use. The premium stickers can be stuck indoors and outdoors for up to 7 years. The sticker film is generally removable, but this requires a little skill and may leave adhesive residue.

We recommend the polymeric adhesive films if you require high-quality, long-lasting stickers, for example as:

sponsor branding
signage
product stickers
long-term marking / labelling
bumper stickers

Important: The stickers are only suitable for flat or one-dimensionally curved surfaces. They are not suitable for use on asphalt, cobblestones, roughcast and other porous, uneven surfaces.

Notes on application and removal

The permanent adhesive film has a low initial tack and can be repositioned briefly. The final adhesive force is permanent. The stickers are designed for permanent bonding and are difficult to remove.

Please note the following for optimal adhesion:

Suitable for wet and dry application.
Clean the surface before applying the sticker (e.g. with soapy water)
then clean the surface with cleaning solvent or isopropyl alcohol to remove all grease
New paintwork must be fully hardened and dried for at least 3 weeks
Bonding only on flat or one-dimensionally curved surfaces.
We advise against applying the film to sensitive surfaces.

Important! Carry out a test application: We generally recommend carrying out a test application in advance to avoid damaging the substrate.
