Would you like to print tyvek wristbands? With the tyvek configurator, you can design your own customised tyvek admission wristbands online: Choose the appropriate wristbands from 17 colours, configure a lettering, a logo, a motif or whatever you want. We use digital printing to print tyvek wristbands (width 19 mm) in high print quality – individually according to your specifications.

Printed tyvek wristbands offer a high level of security as control wristbands, for example when entering events, and are easy to use. Tyvek wristbands can be easily closed and adjusted to fit any wrist using an adhesive fastener. The smooth wristbands made of Tyvek paper feel pleasant to the touch and are made of an extremely tear-resistant and waterproof material (HDPE polyethylene). The Tyvek® brand impresses with its well-known high quality, and the wristbands can be used for several days.

Individually printed tyvek wristbands are forgery-proof and virtually impossible to transfer when used as control wristbands. Once the perforated seal (adhesive seal) has been tightly closed, the wristbands can no longer be removed from the wrist. If an attempt is made to open or remove the control wristbands, the manipulation will be clearly visible and the admission wristbands will be destroyed.

Printing tyvek wristbands – this is how it's done

Wristbands can be individually printed. We will print your text and/or logo exactly as you wish. An area measuring 140 x 15 mm is available for printing:

The printing is done in one colour (1c) in black, using a digital printing process.

First select the colour you want and then click on "Configure".
You can design your own admission wristbands in the configurator. You can upload your print file with photos, graphics, etc. directly in the configurator.
Click on "Save position" when you are done with the design.
If you need more printed Tyvek, select "further configuration".
As soon as all admission wristbands have been created, click on "Calculate best price" and then on "Add to shopping cart".
Complete the order.
You will then receive an order confirmation.
We will prepare a proof for you and send it to you for approval.
Once you have given us your approval, we will start producing your Tyvek products.
The Tyvek control wristbands will be sent to you after production.

Please make sure that your print data is carefully created. Confirmed print orders are a special production and cannot be exchanged.

What is Tyvek paper?

is a smooth material, a nonwoven fabric made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE). It looks like paper and is very suitable for high-quality printing. Tyvek wristbands are highly durable, the material is tear and water resistant.
