The satin band is particularly comfortable to wear on the wrist , is of high quality and the band is also completely tear and water resistant.

Weprint the ribbons in the best, most photorealistic digital print quality. The polyester wristbands are woven particularly finely and are of high quality. This allows for an absolutely high-resolution print quality: an area of 350 mm x 15 mm is available for an individual, multicoloured print .

You can choose from two types of fastener to close the printed fabric wristbands: a self-fastening plastic fastener (Easylock), which can be quickly closed by hand with a simple pull, or the classic festival fastener – an aluminium seal fastener, which has to be closed at the wrist using pliers. The fabric bands are designed for single use and cannot be opened again without damage once they are closed.

High-quality polyester wristband: product information

A satin band printed as a festival wristband is very comfortable to wear on the wrist. In addition, the fine-mesh fabric with a high thread count allows for a particularly detailed print motif. The surface of these admission wristbands made of fabric is smooth and slightly shiny.

Fabric wristbands are secure! No matter what type of fastening is used to protect the bands – an attempt to copy them is almost impossible and they are always recognisable at first glance !

Printed festival wristbands with plastic or aluminium fasteners

We offer two types of fasteners for printed fabric wristbands:

• aluminium seal
• or plastic fastener

Closure 1: plastic bead

The plastic quick-release fastener, a ring or bead in black , only needs to be tightened close to the wrist. No other tools are required. To prevent the ring from slipping or being removed by the visitor, small spikes (barbs) are attached to the inside of the plastic ring, which wedge into the fibres of the fabric band when pulled against the wrist. When an attempt is made to open the band in order to transfer it, i.e. when a stronger pull is applied, the fibres of the band are damaged and marks become visible on the satin band. This makes attempts at deception easily recognisable at a glance .

Closure 2: aluminium seal

The aluminium seals are closed at the entrance using pliers (manual pliers/sealing table pliers) as accessories. The closures can be pressed together with these. The result of squeezing the seals is that the admission wristband is squashed and the seal can no longer slip – the fabric band is therefore absolutely non-transferable. This seal cannot be opened. If an attempt is made to transfer the band, it must be cut off the wrist.

Please note: Depending on the number of visitors, closing the aluminium seal can be a strenuous and time-consuming process. It is therefore advantageous to employ a second person to speed up the admission process.

Lanyards with pre-attached clasps: The lanyards are delivered with the clasp of your choice already attached to the strap. This saves you time and hassle and ensures that everything runs smoothly.

Thanks to its high quality, the satin ribbon is not only very comfortable to wear. The fine-mesh finish also provides an optimal surface for absolutely detailed printing. This means that even small graphics and fonts can be easily reproduced on the admission wristbands.

green]The minimum order quantity for printed fabric wristbands is 100, with no plate costs. On request, you can receive a sample print (proof) for an additional charge. Please keep in mind that creating and sending a sample will increase the total delivery time of your wristbands.

Multicolour print: Choose from the following colours for your custom print

– 4c digital printing – uses the four basic colours CMYK. All the classic colours such as red, blue, white or grey are mixed from these colours. But special colours such as neon orange, neon green, silver or gold can also be printed . Your design is then "ironed" into the band using thermal sublimation – the print is therefore extremely colour-intensive, does not fade and is resistant to creams, soaps, etc.

Printing using Pantone colours: Please let us know the desired colours using the exact Pantone values. Please note: Pantone colours are spot colours, and can only be approximated using CMYK digital printing. We will therefore print your Pantone value in the closest corresponding CMYK value.

Information on the design of the strap:

The middle area (shown in light blue) of 150 mm is the width of an average wrist. This area is particularly suitable for important areas of the design – an individual imprint is best recognisable here! The dark grey areas indicate the approximate position of the clasps. The light grey areas, with a length of approx. 86 mm, show the ends of the ribbons. These are often cut off by visitors and should therefore not contain any important design elements.

Please note: The details vary depending on the wrist , so the measurements given above are only approximate values to help you create the design.

icon type="icon--info" color="green"Tip for shortened festival wristbands: festival wristbands can be sealed at the ends with a lighter after shortening. This prevents the wristbands from fraying. You should not cut the festival wristbands shorter than 5 mm from the closure, otherwise the satin ribbon may slip through the closure.

T he plastic clasp or aluminium clasp makes it very difficult to pass on your own festival wristband. In addition, the satin band cannot be torn by hand and is not stretchable. It can therefore not be slipped from the wrist over the back of the hand. Attempts at manipulation can be quickly recognised at a glance by the damaged fabric structure:

Choose the satin ribbon as a replacement for paper tickets

Printed festival wristbands have many advantages over conventional paper tickets. Wristbands are tear-resistant and waterproof for long periods of time, and are also resistant to creams, shower gels, etc. People with access rights always carry the printed fabric wristbands with them during a multi-day festival. Wristbands are non-transferrable and cannot be copied without the corresponding printing data.
