Whether for festivals, trade fairs or other events, the wristbands offer quick admission control and make it easy to divide people into groups (VIP, age, price categories). The satin wristband is particularly comfortable to wear on the wrist , is high quality and is also completely tear-proof and waterproof.

Weprint the wristbands in the best, photo-realistic digital print quality. The polyester wristbands are particularly finely woven and high-quality. This enables absolutely high-resolution print quality: an area of 350 mm x 15 mm is available for a customised, multi-coloured print .

You can choose from two fastenings to close the printed fabric wristbands: A self-locking plastic fastening (Easylock), which can be quickly closed by hand with a simple twist. Or the classic fastening for festivals – an aluminium seal, which must be closed on the wrist with the aid of pliers. The fabric wristbands are intended for single use and cannot be opened undamaged once closed.

High-quality polyester ribbon: Product information

A printed satin wristband is very comfortable to wear on the wrist as a festival wristband. In addition, the fine-mesh fabric with a high thread count allows for a particularly detailed print motif. The surface of these fabric admission wristbands is smooth and slightly shiny.

Fabric wristbands are secure! No matter what type of fastening protects the wristbands, tampering is virtually impossible and always visible at first glance!

Festival wristbands printed with plastic or aluminium fasteners

We offer two fasteners for the printed fabric wristbands:

• Aluminium seal
• or plastic fasteners

Clasp 1: Plastic bead

The plastic quick-release fastener, a black ring or bead, simply needs to be tightened until it fits snugly around the wrist. No additional tools are required. To prevent the ring from slipping or being removed by the visitor, small spikes (barbs) are attached to the inside of the plastic ring, which wedge themselves into the fibres of the fabric wristband when pulled against the wrist. When attempting to open the band to transfer it, i.e. when pulling harder, the fibres of the band are damaged and marks become visible on the satin band. This makes attempts at tampering easily recognisable at a glance.

Seal 2: Aluminium seal

The aluminium seals are closed at the inlet using pliers (hand pliers/sealing table pliers) as accessories. The closures can then be pressed together. Pressing them together causes the admission wristband to be crushed and the seal can no longer slip – the fabric wristband is therefore completely non-transferable. This closure cannot be opened. If an attempt is made to transfer the wristband, it must be cut off the wrist.

Please note: Depending on the number of visitors, sealing the aluminium seals can be time-consuming and require a lot of effort. It is therefore advantageous to employ a second person to speed up admission.

Pre-threaded closures: The closure you require is already threaded onto the wristband upon delivery. This saves you time and hassle and ensures a smooth process.

Thanks to its high quality, the satin ribbon is not only very comfortable to wear. The fine mesh finish also provides an optimal surface for absolutely detailed printing. This means that even small graphics and lettering can be reproduced very well on the admission wristbands.

With our configurator, you can now design single-sided printed fabric wristbands online, easily and with your own individual design.

The minimum order quantity for printed fabric wristbands is 100 pieces, with no plate costs. On request, you can receive a sample print (proof) for an additional charge. Please note that creating and sending a sample will extend the overall delivery time for your wristbands.

Multi-colour printing: Choose from the following colours for your customised print

The 4 basic colours CMYK are used for the print – 4c digital printing. All classic colours such as red, blue, white or grey are then mixed from these colours. However, special colours such as neon orange, neon green, silver or gold can also be printed. Your design is then "ironed" into the ribbon using thermal sublimation – the print is therefore extremely colour-intensive, does not fade and is resistant to creams, soaps, etc.

Printing using Pantone colours: Please let us know the exact Pantone values for the colours you want. Just keep in mind that Pantone colours are special colours that can only be approximated in digital printing with CMYK. We'll print your Pantone value in the closest matching CMYK value.

Information about the design of the band:

The middle section (shown in light blue) of 150 mm covers the width of an average wrist. This section is particularly suitable for important areas of the design – a customised print is clearly visible here! The dark grey areas indicate the approximate position of the fasteners. The light grey areas, approx. 86 mm long, show the ends of the bands. These are often cut off by visitors and should therefore not contain any important design elements.

Please note: The specifications vary depending on the wrist, so the dimensions given above are only approximate values and are intended to help you create your design.

Tip for shortened festival wristbands: Festival wristbands can be sealed at the ends with a lighter after being shortened. This prevents the wristbands from fraying. You should not cut the festival wristbands shorter than 5 mm before the fastener, as otherwise the satin ribbon may slip through the fastener.

Information on submitting print data

To ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible and that you are completely satisfied with the end result, we have listed the most important points for submitting print data here:

• Document format: 350 x 15 mm
• File format: Preferably as a print-ready PDF
• Contents: Preferably vectorised data, at least 300 ppi for image data
• Printing colours: CMYK colours
• Design: To ensure that your print is in the optimal position, you can use the sketch above as a guide.

Special colours are generally possible, but may vary slightly due to the mixing process.

Printed control bands are virtually forgery-proof and non-transferable

With the fabric wristbands, every authorised visitor can be quickly identified and assigned to a specific visitor group (e.g. VIP, press, etc.) using a wristband in a different design/with a different print .

The unauthorised transfer of your own festival wristband is made very difficult by the plastic fastener or aluminium fastener. In addition, the satin ribbon cannot be torn by hand and is not stretchable. It cannot therefore be slipped off the wrist over the back of the hand. Attempts at tampering can be quickly detected at a glance due to the damaged fabric structure:

The ribbons can only be reproduced using the original print data. We guarantee that your data will be treated with strict confidentiality.

Choose the satin ribbon as a replacement for paper tickets

The festival wristband has many advantages over a conventional paper ticket. The wristbands are tear-proof and waterproof for a long time and resistant to creams, shower gel, etc. Authorised persons always wear the printed fabric wristbands during a festival lasting several days. The fabric wristbands are non-transferable and cannot be copied without the corresponding print data.

The wristbands are not only a replacement for tickets but also a particularly emotional advertising medium with a future – printed fabric wristbands are often worn on the wrist for many days, weeks or even years, especially by young visitors.

Product alternative: multi-coloured woven festival wristbands

In addition to printed control wristbands, we also offer high-quality woven admission wristbands (single-sided or double-sided). A customised design can be woven in up to 7 thread colours. The wristbands are very finely woven, which means that customised motifs are also of excellent, detailed quality.

Alternative products: Admission wristbands made of Tyvek or vinyl (plastic)

Tyvek wristbands made of paper-like material are a low-cost alternative to printed fabric wristbands. These individually printable wristbands are particularly inexpensive and feature consecutive numbering and an adhesive closure.
