In our shop, you will find hollow chamber plates and honeycomb plates for these applications. The advantage of the honeycomb plate: thanks to its internal honeycomb structure, this plate offers a high degree of stability and buckling resistance at a material thickness of just 2.8 mm.

There are three popular standard formats to choose from: A1, A2 or A3. We will print your customised design in intense colours using 6c digital printing.

Please note: depending on the lighting, the honeycomb structure may be slightly visible.

Our tip: Order the Basic print data check at the same time! We will then check your print data in advance and you will receive the product safely in the desired quality.

Honeycomb panels with customised print in 3 sizes

The following three formats are available in our shop, with a material thickness of 2.8 mm:

Honeycomb panels – stable hollow chamber plates with honeycomb structure

is a honeycomb plate and what is the difference between it and a hollow chamber plate? A honeycomb plate is the stable version of the hollow chamber plate. While hollow chamber plates have hollow longitudinal grooves on the inside, the honeycomb plate consists of an internal honeycomb structure, comparable to bee honeycombs. Honeycomb structures are extremely stable. Loads are distributed across the entire honeycomb structure via the individual honeycomb walls and do not act at specific points. At the same time, the honeycomb structure is extremely lightweight due to the hollow space inside.

Information on the order process and delivery of print data

Choose the size of the plate, complete the order and then send the print data. It's that easy to order your customised honeycomb plates from our shop. Here are the details again:

Put the desired honeycomb panel into the shopping basket and complete the order.
After a successful purchase, you will receive an order confirmation for your products and a link to our data sheet, which contains important information regarding the creation and transmission of print data.
After that, you will receive a second e-mail with an order confirmation and a personalised link for uploading your print data.
The order confirmation also contains the expected delivery time (approx. 5 to 6 working days).
Note on print data checking: If you have booked our basic print data check, we will automatically make minor corrections for you. If the resolution or similar is not correct, we will actively contact you.
If you have not booked the print data check, we cannot guarantee the quality of your prints.
Optionally, you can book our personal premium graphics service. This will be charged separately based on the time taken (€44.50 for each half hour or part thereof). To do so, please leave us a short note in the order notes at the end of the order.
The honeycomb plates will be sent to you after production.

Exception: advance payment. In this case, we will not start production of your printed matter until we have received your payment. Accordingly, the delivery date depends on when we receive your payment

Please make sure that your print data is carefully created. Confirmed print orders are custom-made and cannot be returned.

Free-form honeycomb panels:. We advise against contour-cut honeycomb panels and hollow chamber plates. The honeycomb structure and longitudinal grooves do not produce attractive edges when cut to contour. We therefore recommend using Forex and Alu Dibond for free-form panels.
