Who hasn't been there? You wanted to save on price and buy cheap carpet tiles and later regretted it when dismantling? You wasted valuable time cleaning the underlying floor coverings of bitumen residues? With needle felt carpet tiles, this is guaranteed not to happen to you!
These]self-lying tilesare characterised by their white polyolefin backing. A material that is completely free of bitumen. This is particularly advantageous when the tiles are used multiple times, as the carpet tiles do not leave any residue on the floor coverings below. This makes it ideal for laying on sensitive surfaces (hall floors, sports floors, parquet). By contrast, the open edges of a bitumen tile often leave black streaks if not handled properly, and these are very difficult to remove.
Self-lying needle felt carpet tiles
You don't have to be a professional to lay the needle felt carpet tiles. The carpets are lightweight and come in a handy size of 1 m x 1 m. Lay the tiles edge to edge, the carpet tiles are self-supporting, done! Carpet tiles laid out freely in the room at trade fairs and events can optionally be fixed to the border tiles using double-sided tape. This can also be done in particularly high-traffic areas. It is also possible to use colour-matching cloth tape to secure the tiles along the edges. After an event, the needle felt tiles can be easily lifted off the floor and placed back on a dolly or the pallet for transport and storage.

Needle felt tiles can be laid in one or more colours, enabling a unique design or pattern.

Every carpet tile has an arrow on it indicating the direction in which the tile should be laid. If you don't want a pattern, then you should opt for a straight installation and lay every needlefelt carpet tile in the same direction. We recommend the simple straight laying method, for example for the living room, the office or the property. For carpet tiles at events and trade fairs, turn each tile 90° to create a checkerboard pattern. The offset block laying method is a very durable variant, for rooms that are subject to particularly heavy wear. Accessories for laying carpet tiles
Accessories for laying the exhibition carpet tiles can be found in our shop. For precise cuts and straight edges, we recommend the combination of a cutter and a carpet cutting rail. It is best to use double-sided tape to fix the tiles at the edge or simply choose a cloth tape in the matching colour of your needle felt tile for an edge bonding.
Shipping, transport and storage Carpeting and tiles
The needle felt tiles are shipped on pallets (minimum order quantity 25 pieces). The needle felt in the practical size of 100 cm x 100 cm is therefore also very easy to transport – at the end of the event, the self-lying carpet tiles can be collected and stowed away in no time at all. The best way to store needle felt tiles is flat on a pallet in a dry storage area. To keep the colours fresh for a long time, please protect the carpet tiles from UV rays. Also, be sure not to stack pallets loaded with carpet tiles, as this could damage the tiles.

Polypropylene fibres: PP carpet tiles are 100% recyclable and do not release any harmful substances into the environment. The material has a low melting point, which is why the manufacturer of the carpet fibres uses few resources. The material requirement is also extremely low, which is why PP is one of the most promising plastics when it comes to sustainability.
Polyolefin backing: Polyolefin is also a thermoplastic from the group of polypropylene plastics. It consists of carbon and hydrogen and is considered an environmentally friendly alternative to other floor coverings, such as PVC flooring.
The needle felt carpet tiles are extremely robust, which is why they can be reused many times and are therefore considered sustainable carpet tiles.
