The beachflag Premium Cur ved is a high-quality professional flag that offers many advantages. In contrast to the mast modules of the beach flag Basic, the 25 mm thick aluminium poles of the premium advertising sail are firmly connected to each other by a snap-in click system with ball locks . In addition, the poles are already bent into the shape of a flag. Thanks to the pre-bent premium aluminium poles, there is no tension on the flag fabric of the beach flag Premium Curved.

Have beachflags printed – at allbuyone in first-class printing on high-quality material: the flag material (flag fabric 110 g/m²) enables a colour-intensive and high-resolution printing result for your advertising . Like all our beach flags, the Premium Curved has a hollow hem on one side. At the upper end of the flag, the end outlet for the mast tip is reinforced to counteract rapid wear. The other sides are hemmed – for an even flow in the wind.

Beachflag made of flag fabric – material and properties

meets the fire safety regulations for public events due to its certified low flammability (B1 flame retardant according to DIN 4102) and can therefore also be used indoors.

Have individual beachflags printed – information on print quality

The desired motifs are transferred to the flag fabric using a high-resolution printing process (6c dye sublimation printing ). The ink is printed onto the fabric and then evaporated. The 110 g/m² flag fabric is ideal for printing because the polyester textile fabric absorbs colour very well, resulting in a first-class print with bright, intense colours and perfect through-printing (60 %).

The surface of the flag fabric is silk-matt and non-reflective. The material is not opaque, but allows light to pass through and has a print-through of 60%. This means that the printed motif is visible on both sides, but on the back it is slightly less intense in colour and mirror-inverted.

Please note when having beachflags printed: Our beachflags have no edging tape, so the entire surface (including the hollow seam) of the advertising sail can be printed. Nevertheless, you should make sure that important fonts and graphics are only placed in the safety area (see sketch). However, we advise you to apply the background colours up to the trim edge (end of motif + bleed). This will prevent annoying white edges later on when the flag is cut and tailored.

Please also note: the hollow seam and the hem slightly obscure the printed image. Therefore, you should not place any relevant graphic elements or fonts here either.

Setting up beach flags – assembly instructions

The Premium Curved beachflag is one of the high-quality and durable beachflags in our range. Setting up and taking down the beachflag takes just a few simple steps:

1. Lay the poles in the correct order on the ground (the bottom pole has the fastening system; the top pole has no ball locks).
2. Put the poles together: insert one end with ball locks into one end with the holes provided and click them together.
3. Use the hollow hem to pull the flag over the pole construction.
4. Use the fastening system to secure the flag to the pole and tighten.
5. Place the beachflag in a stand.

: Save time and hassle! Set up the beachflag before your event. Thanks to the ball lock system, the poles are firmly connected and do not fall apart. All you have to do is set up the flag.

Cross-shaped base, base plate, floor anchor & co. – accessories for the advertising flag

Are you planning an event on the beach or in the mountains? If you are using the beachflag on natural soft or firm ground (grass, sand, gravel, in the water), we recommend the insertion feet:

Depending on the location, gusts and high winds may occur (e.g. in the mountains, by the sea, etc.). In this case, it makes sense to additionally stabilise the beachflag using a hose weight. The rubber ring can be placed over a base plate or a cross base and holds up to 10 litres of liquid:

Beachflag with rotator – a brief explanation

the accessory products have a rotator, including the floor dowels, the crossbase in size XL, the ground spike and all the base plates. The rotator makes it particularly easy to turn the beach flags on these fastening elements around their own axis; they are not rigid and offer incoming gusts of wind less resistance. The beachflags are not rigidly attached to the other fastening elements either and can also rotate.

Printed advertising flags – delivery and storage

The delivery of the Beachflag Premium Curved includes an individually printed flag and the matching frame. Depending on the size, the beachflag has a total weight of 0.8 kg - 1.2 kg.

Another advantage of the Premium Curved beachflag, in addition to its ease of use, is its flexible storage. The beachflag can be stored either in its assembled state or in individual parts. Thanks to the ball lock system, the beachbanner is stable in itself, even without a flag. If space is limited, the beachflag can of course also be stored in individual parts. Are you worried that parts will get lost? Simply order the matching transport bag for the Beachflag Premium Curved, so all the individual parts are safely together.

To prevent mould growth, make sure that the flag is stored in a dry state. The flag fabric is made of polyester and is very easy to care for. It can be washed in the washing machine at 30°C (fine detergent, gentle cycle) and ironed at low temperatures.

Please note: the Premium Curved beachflag is B1 flame retardant (according to DIN 4102). This property can be lost through washing and ironing. To maintain the B1 certification, the flag fabric must be re-treated with the appropriate flame retardants.
