The Basic Beachflag Outdoor in a standard rectangular shape is a beach flag that is particularly popular with our customers for a wide range of uses. The Beachflag Basic Standard offers several advantages: easy handling, excellent print quality and maximum advertising impact – and all at an affordable price. The beachflag flags (including hemstitching) are made of 110 g/m² flag fabric and a frame consisting of interlocking fibreglass poles with aluminium ends.
The flag fabric is a lightweight, translucent material with 60% printability – the motif is therefore clearly visible on both sides. We print the beachflag in high-resolution 6-colour digital print (thermal sublimation printing) with intense colours according to your individual specifications. The advertising flag is B1-certified (DIN 4102) as standard and can therefore be used indoors and outdoors. The beachflag is also available in other shapes, e.g. in drop shape.
Beach flags are used as advertising media at trade fairs, promotional stands, festivals, sporting events and other events. Together with the matching accessories (e.g. floor dowels, floor cross, earthspike), the flags can be placed on almost any surface. Available in 4 sizes, they offer plenty of space for your individual advertising message on an area of up to 500 x 85 cm! Beachflag Outdoor – weatherproof beachflag basic in 4 sizes
The Basic Beachflag Outdoor is the classic among beach flags: a popular rectangular format with a streamlined flattened corner, quick-to-assemble fibreglass poles with aluminium (tapered towards the top) and a flag with a colour-intensive, high-resolution print at an affordable price for a wide range of uses at trade fairs and events. One side has a hollow seam with a reinforced end for the flagpole. The other three sides are simply cut and hemmed.

is B1-certified according to DIN 4102. This means that the beachflag meets the fire protection regulations for public events and can also be used indoors.
Advertising flag with custom print – information on quality and flag fabric
The beachflag is made of flag fabric (polyester). Textile materials absorb well and therefore produce particularly beautiful, rich colours. We print the flag fabric using high-resolution thermosublimation printing (6c). In this process, the ink is printed onto the fabric and then evaporated. This results in a particularly colour-intensive print image with perfect through-printing.
The beachflag is made of 110 g/m² flag fabric, which is very translucent and has a print-through of approx. 60%. This means that the print image is visible on both sides – on the back side only with slightly less intense colours and mirror-inverted. Flag fabric generally has a silk-matt, reflection-free surface.
Please note: Our beach flags do not have a trimming tape, so the entire surface (including the hollow seam) of the flag can be used for printing. Graphics and important fonts should only be placed in the safety area (see sketch). However, we advise you to extend the background colour to the trim edge (end of motif + bleed). This will prevent unsightly white edges when cutting and finishing the beachflag.
Please also note : the print image is minimally coveredby the hollow seam and the hem. Please be careful not to place any important written elements or graphics there either.

Beachflag Outdoor: Order process and creating print files
You can easily and conveniently have the Basic Standard beach flags printed at our printing company. We print around the clock!
- Put the Beachflag Basic Standard in your shopping basket and complete the order.
- After a successful purchase, you will receive an order confirmation for your products and a link to our data sheet, which contains important information regarding the creation and transmission of the print data.
- Please use the design templates for the respective beachflag in addition to the basic information on creating print data in the data sheet:

- You will then receive a second e-mail with an order confirmation and a personalised link for uploading your print data.
- The order confirmation also contains the provisional delivery date.

Note on print data checking: If you have booked our basic print data check, we will automatically make minor corrections for you. If the resolution or similar is not correct, we will actively contact you.
If you have not booked the print data check, we cannot guarantee the quality of your prints.
Optionally, you can book our personal premium graphics service. This will be charged separately based on the time taken (€44.50 for each half hour or part thereof). To do so, please leave us a short note in the order notes at the end of the order. - The beachflag will be sent to you after production.
On request, you can also receive the design templates as an Illustrator file (.ai).

Setting up the advertising flags
Setting up the advertising sails is very easy – you don't need to be a professional! The Beachflag Outdoor can be set up in just a few simple steps and is ready for use:
- Place the poles in the correct order on the ground (the bottom part is the thickest Ø 25 mm + has a hook device, parts taper towards the top)
- Insert the poles into each other to connect them. Result: a straight line.
- Put the flag over the centre pole. The flag will take on the shape of the centre pole, which is flexible, and the beachflag will be stable.
- Use the fastening system to fix the flag to the mast and tighten.
- Set up the beachflag with a base.
Cross anchors, floor dowels and much more – the right accessories for your beachflag
A range of accessories are available for the Beachflag Basic Standard. The scope of delivery includes the flagpole, the flag and a bag. Depending on where you use the beachflag (beach, in water, at a trade fair, etc.), we recommend using base plates, cross bases or ground stakes for fastening and stabilisation.
Cross bases give the beachflag a secure stand:
- Crossbase S (suitable for Beachflag Basic Standard size S) – ideal for indoor use
- Crossbase L (suitable for Beachflag Basic Standard sizes M-XL) – for indoor and outdoor use
- crossbase XL with rotator (suitable for Beachflag Basic Standard sizes M-XL) – for indoor and outdoor use
For even more stability, we recommend a base plate with rotator:
- Base plate M – weight: 7.5 kg/unit (suitable for beachflag basic standard size M)
- Matching accessory: transport bag for base plate M
- Base plate L – weight: 15 kg/ unit (suitable for beachflag basic standard size L)
- Base plate XL – Weight: 20 kg/ unit (suitable for beachflag basic standard size XL)
We recommend using a base plate for beachflags of size M or larger, especially when using the beachflag outdoors!
On soft surfaces (grass, sand, gravel), the beachflag can also be stuck into the ground with a tool. The following accessories are available for this:
- Ground stake with screw thread and rotator
- ground nail with rotator
For particularly windy locations, e.g. by the sea, in the mountains or in other exposed locations, you can additionally stabilise the beachflag with a hose weight. The rubber ring holds 10 litres of water and can be easily placed over a base plate or crossbase:
- rubber hose weight (suitable for 10-litre water filling)
Having trouble]choosing the right base? Our tip: the bigger and heavier the base, the more stable the stand!

Accessories with rotator – what is that?
the accessory products have a rotator, including the ground anchor, the crossbase in size XL, the ground spike and the base plates. The rotator allows the beach flags to turn easily on their own axis when attached to the fastening elements. They are not rigid and therefore offer less resistance to incoming wind. The beachflags are not rigidly attached to the other fastening elements either and can also rotate.

Beachflag Outdoor – Delivery and storage
We deliver the flagpoles in a small bag. The flag is sold separately. The total weight is 1.1 kg (size S) to 1.6 kg (size XL).
The beachflag can be stored either folded or disassembled. Make sure that the flag is dry to avoid mould growth.
Flag fabric is an easy-care material and washable at 30°C (fine detergent, gentle cycle). The fabric can be ironed at a low temperature.
However, it is important to note that the beachflag is B1-certified according to DIN 4102. This low flammability can be lost through washing and ironing. The flag fabric is only B1 again after it has been re-impregnated with the appropriate flame retardants.
Advertising flag in use
Beach flags are extremely popular advertising media. They can be set up in just a few simple steps and, depending on their size, offer up to 500 x 85 cm (H x W) of space for your advertising message or other information. With just a little effort, the beachflag attracts a lot of attention to your advertising.
practical: the flagpole gives the flag its rectangular shape. This means that even without a jib, the flag is easily recognisable in calm conditions!
The Beachflag Outdoor is a popular standard beachflag for a wide range of applications, such as:
