With an exchange banner, you have an inexpensive option for changing the cover of your press wall quickly and easily. Whether you want to replace damaged banners or want a new motif – with the exchange banner, your press wall will be like new, quickly, easily and on a budget!
We print your desired motif, logo or photo individually and in high resolution on display fabric (210 g/m²), colour-intensive and rich in detail in 6c digital print. The fabric is matt and non-reflective and certified according to DIN 4102 B1 (flame retardant) and therefore approved for public events. A surrounding hook-and-loop tape is attached to the back of the banner for quick and easy replacement on the folding display.
You can purchase the replacement banner online in sizes 225 x 225 cm (L), 299 x 225 cm (XL) and 372 x 225 cm (XXL) – perfectly suited for the press wall without side panels at an affordable price with fast shipping. High-quality exchange banners for press walls
Save budget and order the exchange banner for your press wall! You buy the exchange banner to fit our press wall without side panels. The advertising message and content can be tailored to different events or seasons without having to order a completely new exhibition wall / press wall. Damaged and outdated banners can also be quickly and inexpensively replaced with the exchange banner.
The banner is made of high-quality display fabric (210 g/m²), which we print individually according to your ideas using a colour-intensive and detailed 6c digital print – for first-class advertising and maximum attention at trade fairs, points of sale and other events. The matt, non-reflective polyester fabric ( ) has a good tear resistance and a soft textile feel. The flame-retardant material (B1-certified according to DIN 4102) is slightly permeable to light and wind and is opaque. The banner has a circumferential Velcro tape that serves to quickly attach it to the frame of the press wall. The banners can be exchanged as desired thanks to the Velcro fastener.
The press wall exchange banners are available in sizes L (225 x 225 cm), XL(299 x 225 cm) and XXL(372 x 225 cm) – exactly fitting for the three press wall sizes.
Please note: The replacement banners are made to fit our press wall. If you would like to use the banners for a different press wall or folding system, please make sure that the dimensions are suitable.

Details of the material: display fabric 210 g/m²
This lightweight, soft polyester fabric has a silky matt surface and many other positive properties:
- Type: Display fabric B1
- Material: polyester fabric (100% polyester)
- Weight (grammage): 210 g/m²
- Surface: silk-matt, lightly textured
- Wind permeability: approx. 10%
- Light transmission: medium

- Weather resistance: not UV-resistant in the short term

- Feel: textile, flexible, soft and flowing
- Durability: slightly elastic, mainly intended for indoor use, outdoor use only for short periods and with protection
- Washability: washable at 30°C (careful, B1 protection is lost in the process!)
- Maximum tensile strength: approx. 1100 N/5 cm (crosswise), 350 N/5 cm (lengthwise)
- Tear resistance: 15 N (crosswise), 35 N (lengthwise)
- Print quality: outstanding, colour-intensive print in very good quality
- Printing technique: 6c digital printing (sublimation printing)

is designed primarily for indoor use. It can also be used outdoors, but this will shorten its lifespan. You should therefore make sure that the replacement banner is always stored in a location that is protected from UV light and the weather.
Alternatively, you can also request Digitex Decoflex Opaque 270 g/m² from us. This material is suitable for outdoor use and can be used in combination with the press wall. We will be happy to advise you in person on further weatherproof exhibition walls and folding displays.
Design your replacement banner and send your print file – it's that easy
- Put the exchange banner in your shopping basket and complete the order.
- After a successful purchase, you will receive an order confirmation for your products and a link to our data sheet, which contains important information regarding the creation and transmission of print data.
- You will then receive a second e-mail with an order confirmation and a personalised link for uploading your print data.
- The order confirmation also contains the expected delivery time (approx. 5 to 6 working days).

Note on print data checking: If you have booked our basic print data check, we will automatically make minor corrections for you. If the resolution or similar is not correct, we will actively contact you.
If you have not booked the print data check, we cannot guarantee the quality of your prints.
Optionally, you can book our personal premium graphics service. This will be charged separately based on the time taken (€44.50 for each half hour or part thereof). To do so, please leave us a short note in the order notes at the end of the order. - The replacement banner will be sent to you after production.
Exception: advance payment. In this case, we will not start production of your printed matter until we have received your payment. Accordingly, the delivery date depends on when we receive your payment
Please make sure that your print data is carefully created. Confirmed print orders are custom-made and cannot be exchanged.

Care and storage instructions
The display fabric is particularly easy to care for and can be both washed and ironed. When washing, make sure that the fabric is washed at 30°C with a mild detergent on a gentle cycle.
After you have washed and ironed the replacement banner, its flame retardancy will have been affected. To restore the fabric's flame retardancy, we recommend re-impregnation.
Once the display fabric is dry, it can be loosely folded and stored. The fabric should not be exposed to moisture, as this can lead to mould growth.
