The adhesive cloth tape 100mm is the extra wide version of our popular Gaffa Tape GT 571 from GRIP Eventbasics. The gaffa tape is available in 4 neon colours – green, pink, orange and yellow. The adhesive tape is fluorescent, i.e. it glows in the dark, especially well under black light (UV light) and during the day in poor lighting conditions.
The GT 571 has a high-quality natural rubber adhesive, sticks with very high adhesive strength (on steel 6 N/cm) and high immediate adhesion on many surfaces, is also suitable for sensitive surfaces and can be removed without leaving any residue for up to 48 hours. In addition, the extra-wide adhesive cloth tape offers a very high degree of conformability, it adapts perfectly to edges and structured surfaces and sticks to smooth surfaces without wrinkling.
The tape consists of a very fine fabric and can be torn easily by hand with precise edges (lengthwise and crosswise). The coated surface is glossy, waterproof and very abrasion-resistant and can also be written on.

How to apply and store GT 571 correctly
Never touch the surfaces to be bonded with your hands. Also make sure that the surface to be bonded is clean and dust-free. Press the adhesive tape firmly, especially on rough surfaces. This increases the adhesive force. The recommended processing temperature for GT 571 is between +10°C and +45°C.
A word about the odour of GT tape: the natural rubber adhesive of the tape may have a slight "smoked" odour due to the production process. Smoke is used to remove moisture from the raw material, making it less susceptible to condensation and more stable when exposed to temperature fluctuations.
Please store the professional adhesive cloth tapes at normal humidity and a room temperature between +12°C and +25°C, preferably in their original packaging. Protect the adhesive tape from direct sunlight, moisture and other weather conditions.
