The dance floor B1 Marley Floor is a mobile dance floor for temporary installation on stages and other surfaces. What makes it special is that the dance floor has two sides in different colours and can be used on both sides. The Marley Floor is flame-retardant, B1-certified in accordance with DIN 4102 and EN 13501-1-Cfl-s1, and therefore meets the fire safety requirements for floor coverings at public events, on stages, in theatres, etc. The matt, very smooth surface can be danced on both sides and is non-reflective. With a weight of 1.6 kg/m², the dance floor (total thickness 1.2 mm) provides a smooth surface on many substrates. Unlike our PVC dance floor, the Marley Floor has no foam backing layer. You can buy the dance floor B1 as a roll with a width of 2 m and a length of 30 running metres in the colour combinations black-white and black-grey. You will also find the matching accessories for installation in the shop.
Alternatively, Marley Floor is available on rolls measuring 1.60 m x 30 m, as well as the more affordable mobile dance floors (with a slightly cushioning foam backing layer) that can be danced on from both sides: PVC dance floor on roll (2 m x 25 m) and PVC dance floor by the metre (cut to length from 5 running metres).

As an alternative to the Marley Floor, you can order a PVC dance floor from our shop. This is a mobile dance floor that is 2 mm thick and has a thin, slightly cushioning foam layer. This PVC dance floor also has a matt, smooth surface and can be danced on on one side. It is available in nine colours and is cheaper than the Marley Floor.
The PVC coverings are used in many ways as mobile dance floors. One of the most common uses of the PVC dance floor is as a temporary stage covering. The Marley Floor is easy to transport, quick to set up and take down, and creates professional dance floors for dance and acrobatic performances even on mobile stages.
The stage construction industry is also keen to use the flame-retardant dance floor covering as a stage floor. And the colourful dance floor is also very popular in scenery construction, where the different colours on the front and back sides in particular allow for flexible decoration.
Sharp-edged]objects or particularly hard materials that exert a high point load can cause damage to the dance floor surface (e.g. scratches). Marley Floor is therefore not suitable for tap dancing and similar types of dance with hard-soled/reinforced shoes. Similarly, rubber soles can leave unsightly marks on the floor. In addition, Marley Floor can become slippery when wet.
