The side wall for the PROMO pavilion offers protection from sun and rain at any outdoor event. The side panel (dimensions: 300x200 cm, width x height) is the perfect accessory for our 3x3 m PROMO pavilion.
Would you like to use the pavilion as an advertising and information stand? We can print your desired motifs on one or both sides of each side panel in four colours. The side wall is made of robust polyester with a PU coating. It is completely waterproof, UV-resistant and B1 flame-retardant in accordance with DIN 4102. The side wall can be attached to the tent roof using Velcro fasteners – walls on all four sides turn the pavilion into a tent with optimal privacy.

Side wall for PROMO pavilion – printed side panel with 4c print
One to four side walls can be attached to the pavilion – 4 side panels make it a completely closed tent! We provide the side walls either on one or both sides with any desired print in four colours. With printed side panels, your advertising on the pavilion is shown off to its best advantage.
The side panel measures 300 x 200 cm (W x H) and is made of robust polyester with a PU coating. It is waterproof, UV-resistant and B1 flame retardant according to DIN 4102 – so you can use the side walls for the folding pavilion both outdoors and indoors. The individual side panels can be attached to each other using a zip and to the roof of the folding tent using Velcro fasteners.
You can purchase the pavilion wall either directly with the folding tent or later as a replacement part if you want to replace the side panels or have a new print.
Tip: Order the Basic print file check at the same time! We will then check your print files in advance and you are sure to receive the product in the desired quality.

Order printed pavilion sidewall – this is how it's done:
- Add the sidewalls for the pavilion to your shopping basket and complete the order.
- After a successful purchase, you will receive an order confirmation for your products and a link to our data sheet, which contains important information regarding the creation and transmission of print data.
- You will then receive a second e-mail with an order confirmation and a personalised link for uploading your print data.
- The order confirmation also contains the estimated delivery date* (approx. 1 to 2 weeks).

Note on print data checking: If you have booked our basic print data check, we will automatically make minor corrections for you. If the resolution or similar is not correct, we will actively contact you.
If you have not booked the print data check, we cannot guarantee the quality of your prints.
Optionally, you can book our personal premium graphics service. This will be charged separately based on the time taken (€44.50 per half hour or part thereof). To do so, please leave us a short note in the order notes at the end of the order. - The side walls for your pavilion will be sent to you after production.
Exception: advance payment. In this case, we will not start production of your printed matter until we have received your payment. Accordingly, the delivery date depends on when we receive your payment
Please ensure that your print data is carefully created. Confirmed print orders are a special production and cannot be exchanged.
