The PROMO folding pavilion (size 3x3 m) offers protection from rain, wind and sun; individually printed, folding tents such as the pavilion are used at trade fairs, events and marketing campaigns. The pavilion is printed by our print shop in 4-colour print in high quality with your desired logo, motif and other design.

The stainless steel tent frame (colour: anthracite grey) is extra sturdy and can be adjusted to five different heights, with a ridge height of approx. 300–330 cm. To set it up, simply unfold it and put it in place. The roof (material: 600 denier Oxford polyester) is coated with PU plastic and is waterproof and UV-resistant. For use at indoor trade fairs, etc., the folding tent has B1 certification in accordance with DIN 4102 (flame retardant).

The tent is available as a set with a bolted steel frame, roof tarpaulin and accessories for setting up with four pegs and tensioning ropes. The pavilion can be stored in the supplied transport bag to save space.

Accessories for folding tents: weights and side walls

To increase stability, especially in windy conditions, you can also order pavilion weights in two designs from our shop . Or would you like to provide additional privacy protection for your folding tent or use it as a fully enclosed tent? Matching side walls are also available as accessories in our online shop; the side walls can be printed on one or both sides and can also be easily opened using Velcro fasteners:

• Side wall for 3x3 m folding tents, with printing on one or both sides
• Weight – set with 2 x 5 kg (for indoor ballasting)
• Weight - set with 2 x 10 kg (for outdoor ballasting)

Please note: Pegs and tensioning ropes are included in the scope of delivery. The pavilion should be secured with these to ensure stability. For securing on asphalt or hard ground or for additional ballasting, we recommend the weight sets, 5 kg for indoor use and 10 kg for outdoor use. This will keep your pavilion safe and stable even in wind and weather!

How do I assemble a pavilion?

The 3x3m folding pavilion is extremely quick to assemble: it is delivered fully assembled, so you can set it up immediately on a level surface with a stable ground. Now attach the roof to the frame using industrial Velcro fasteners and unfold it. Unlike an inflexible wooden or garden pavilion, our folding tent is height-adjustable in five stages – so you can decide which height you want to set depending on your needs. To increase stability in windy conditions, the folding tent should also be secured using the tensioning cords or pegs. Apart from a hammer, you do not need any other tools. When dismantling the pavilion, the roof tarpaulin does not need to be removed.

Flooring for the folding tent

Our range also includes floor coverings in various designs (PVC flooring, exhibition carpet, etc.), which you can purchase as flooring for the pavilion. Alternatively, you can also lay a wooden floor under the folding pavilion.

Cleaning and care

The steel frame can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soapy water; the tent roof is also washable. Please allow the folding tent to dry completely before folding it away for storage to ensure long-term use.
