Printed alu dibond signs – stable and durable

Whether you need long-lasting information and advertising signs, extra-robust branding for a festival or reusable information signs for a marathon – for sturdy, lightweight signs with a long lifespan, Alu Dibond is the material of your choice!

The 2mm thick aluminium composite panel consists of a thin, black plastic layer between two white-painted aluminium outer layers. The aluminium layers provide the best stability and durability, while the inner plastic layer ensures a low weight. Aluminium composite panels are waterproof and weatherproof as well as almost scratch-resistant and suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

When it comes to printing, the smooth, silk-matt surface offers the best conditions for intense colours and high-resolution motifs with easily legible fonts and logos. We will print your desired motif on one side using 6c digital printing, leaving the back white.

Three popular sizes are available in our shop: A1, A2 and A3. The Alu-Dibond panels have straight milled, smooth edges. We recommend using double-sided tape, sign holders or screws to mount them.

Our tip: Order the Basic print file check directly with your order! We will then check your print files in advance and you will receive the product safely in the desired quality.

Aluminium composite plate with custom print – this is how it works

Add the alu dibond signs to your shopping basket and complete the order.
After a successful purchase, you will receive an order confirmation for your products and a link to our data sheet, which contains important information regarding the creation and transmission of the print data.
You will then receive a second e-mail with an order confirmation and a personalised link for uploading your print data.
The order confirmation also contains the expected delivery time (approx. 5 to 6 working days).
Note on print data checking: If you have booked our basic print data check, we will automatically make minor corrections for you. If the resolution or similar is not correct, we will actively contact you.
If you have not booked the print data check, we cannot guarantee the quality of your prints.
Optionally, you can book our personal premium graphics service. This will be charged separately based on the time and effort involved (€44.50 for each half hour or part thereof). To do so, please leave us a short note in the order notes at the end of the order.
The alu dibond signs will be shipped to you after production.

Exception: advance payment. In this case, we will not start production of your printed matter until we have received your payment. Accordingly, the delivery date depends on when we receive your payment

Please make sure that your print data is carefully created. Confirmed print orders are custom-made and cannot be returned.

Aluminium composite panels are the most stable panels in our range. The signs are UV-stable and weather-resistant for up to 3 years and are therefore also suitable for long-term indoor and outdoor use.

Mounting and processing printed aluminium composite panels

Double-sided tape and sign stands are suitable for mounting your Alu Dibond signs.

There are various options for further processing:

Punching alu dibond signs
- Alu-Dibond is suitable for conventional sheet metal punching machines of any thickness.
Sawing and milling Alu-Dibond plates
- It is easy to make your own formats using vertical panel saws, circular saws and jigsaws. Alu Dibond signs are also ideal for processing with conventional milling machines and CNC machining centres. When clamping the plate, care should be taken to ensure that no pressure marks are created on the surface. Wooden or plastic intermediate layers can be used to avoid this.
Drilling aluminium composite panels
- To fix the Alu Dibond with screws, a spiral drill bit can be used on a standard power drill for metal.
