The Beachflag Square in a square format is a superbly crafted beachflag that impresses with a particularly stable flagpole with a click system and easy handling. The flagpole consists of aluminium poles with ball locks that not only fit into each other, but also lock into each other thanks to the ball system, making them particularly secure.

The poles are pre-formed and, when assembled, have the same rectangular format as the flag. This pre-bending means that there is no tension on the assembled beachflag. In addition to the very good stability , the pre-formed poles also ensure that the beachflag can be used for longer. The poles also make it easy to store and transport the beachflag when it is assembled.

The flag is made of high-quality flag fabric (110 g/m²) and allows for high-resolution, colour-intensive printing. The beachflag has a hollow seam for easy assembly; the remaining sides of the flag are hemmed. The end of the flag is additionally reinforced, which makes the flag absolutely robust even at the top of the pole.

The Premium Square beachflag is available in three different sizes. Choose from the following versions:

Beachflag Square made of flag fabric g/m² – Information on material and properties

is flame-retardant and certified B1 (according to DIN 4102). It thus meets the fire protection regulations for use at public events, even in indoor areas.

Beachflag with customised print – information on print quality

The beachflag is made of flag fabric (polyester), a translucent material with a silk-matt, non-reflective surface. The textile fabric absorbs colour very well, which results in a particularly beautiful and vibrant print.

The colours are applied to the flag fabric using high-resolution thermal sublimation printing (6c ). The ink is printed onto the fabric and then evaporated. The result: a particularly high-quality print image with bright, intense colours and perfect through-printing.

We print your design on one side of the beachflag. The print image is visible on both sides thanks to the 60% print-through, but it is mirror-inverted on the back and the colours are slightly less intense.

Important information about printing: our beach flags do not have a trimming tape, so the entire surface (including the hollow seam) of the beachflag banner can be printed. Make sure that important text and graphics are only placed in the safety area (see sketch). Regarding the background colour, we recommend placing it up to the trim edge (end of motif + bleed). This will help to avoid unsightly white edges later when cutting and finishing the beachflag.

Please also note: the print image is slightly obscured by the seam between the hollow hem and the hem. Important text and other graphic elements should therefore not be placed in this area.

Assembly instructions for the beachflag with hollow seam

The Beachflag Premium is the high-quality and durable version of our beachflags and impresses with particularly stable aluminium poles and easy handling. The beachflag consists of two main elements: the flagpole and the flag. The Beachflag Premium Square can be set up in just a few simple steps:

1. Lay the poles in the correct order on the ground (the bottom part has a fastening system; the top part does not have ball locks).
2. Connect the poles together: insert one end of each pole with ball locks into one of the holes provided and click them together.
3. Pull the hollow seam of the flag over the nested poles.
4. Fix the flag to the pole using the fastening system and tension.
5. Place the assembled beachflag on a base.

color="green"Save time with the Beachflag Premium: the click system allows the poles to lock into each other, thus firmly connecting them. To save time, the beachflag can be put together in advance; during assembly or on the day of the event itself, the beachflag then only needs to be set up.

The beachflag is not always placed on a firm, even surface. For use on soft surfaces (grass, sand, gravel, water), we recommend push-fit fasteners :

High winds are not uncommon in mountainous or seaside areas and in other exposed locations. In these cases, we recommend stabilising the beachflag with an additional rubber hose weight. The rubber ring can hold up to 10 litres of water and can be easily placed over a base plate or cross-foot:

when it comes to the right base? Our tip: The larger and heavier the base, the more stable the stand!

Note: Beachflag with rotator

the accessories have a rotator, including the floor dowels, the crossbase in size XL, the earth spike and the base plates. The rotator makes it particularly easy to turn the beachflags on these fastening elements around their own axis; they are not rigid and therefore offer less resistance to incoming wind. The beachflags are not rigidly attached to the other fastening elements either and can also rotate.

Notes on delivery and storage

The scope of delivery of the Premium Square beachflag includes the individually printed flag and the flagpole . The total weight varies between 0.9 kg (size M) and 1.2 kg (size XL).

: the poles are firmly connected to each other by the ball locks (click system) and do not have to be disassembled for transport and storage. Even without a flag, the individual poles are firmly fixed to each other. Of course, the beachflag can also be stored in individual parts to save space. Worried about the individual parts? Generally, you should make sure that the flag is dry when storing it to avoid mould growth. The flag fabric is made of polyester and is very easy to care for. The fabric can be washed at 30°C (fine detergent, gentle cycle) and then ironed at low temperatures.

The beachflag is B1-certified according to DIN 4102. Washing and ironing can affect its flame retardancy. It can be made flame retardant again by re-impregnating it with the appropriate flame retardants.
