Personalise this promotional item on one side with a logo, motif and/or text in your preferred style and colours. The high-resolution print quality and high-quality workmanship will impress you.

The key fobs made of soft polyester are comfortable to wear. The length of the band is generally 90 cm. You can choose the width of 10, 15 or 20 mm and a carabiner clip (standard or oval) beforehand on the article. A safety lock is optional. The minimum order quantity for self-designed lanyards is 100 pieces.

Technical details: personalised lanyards

The lanyards are of high quality and impress with their long lifespan – a lanyard that often lasts for years as a promotional item. The imprint is colourfast, UV and water resistant, as well as resistant to cosmetics.

Design your lanyard online: configurator

You don't need a complicated graphics program to design your lanyards. You can customise lanyards online with just a few clicks. After you have selected the strap width and the desired carabiner clip and safety lock, please click on the "customise now" button.

Please note: The configurator screen will then show you the design template for half a lanyard. This template shows 45 cm of the total 90 cm lanyard. You design this half of the lanyard individually – the second half is a copy of the first half and is automatically created by the configurator.

Step-by-step to your customised design

In the configurator, there are buttons in the top left-hand corner that allow you to add and customise texts, shapes and your own graphics, such as a logo or motif. The buttons in the top right-hand corner only change the way your design is displayed.

do not create your design over the dashed lines. The "Original view" button hides all overlying content and shows you the lanyard as it will later be printed.

What happens next? Printing and delivery time:

The lanyards you have designed are now in your shopping basket. After completing the order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email. The customised lanyards will go straight to print after payment has been received. The delivery time is between 7 and 14 days. Unless you have ordered in advance, in which case we will start production as soon as we receive your payment.

: We do not check the design you have created. The print appears on the lanyard as you placed it in the shopping basket. Printed lanyards are custom-made and cannot be returned.

Printing: Printing technique and colours

The lanyards are printed using the thermal sublimation process in high resolution and almost photorealistic quality with highly brilliant colours. 4c according to CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow and black). These colours provide the basis for printing, and all other colours are created by mixing them accordingly. Some customised special colours, such as logos, can only be approximated. Many special colours correspond exactly to their value, while other colours can only be printed approximately to match a specific colour value (e.g. Pantone, HKS, etc.).

The length available for printing is just under 900 mm; only the two end pieces are sewn on with the hook:

Basic print data check or personal graphic service

Are you unsure and would like to have the custom lanyards you have designed checked by a graphic designer?
Then add the basic print file check to your shopping basket for just €5.90. This includes colour adjustments to the required target profile and colour space, as well as the creation/correction of the trim and the embedding of fonts and minor format adjustments.

Alternatively, an expert graphic designer can help you create your own design. Please contact us in person if you would like to take advantage of this service. The professional will work on the design of your lanyards according to your individual specifications and will then send you a sample for approval. The graphic designer will be charged based on the time and effort involved; the costs are €44.50 per half hour or part thereof.

Snap hooks: standard and oval

The lanyards are optionally available with the following hooks:

• Standard carabiner
• Oval carabiner

Both carabiners are made of metal and are designed so that the lower part can move freely and name tags, id card holders, etc. do not twist and the imprint is always clearly legible.

Optional: safety catch for your lanyards

Optionally, the strap can be equipped with a safety catch. This is located at the nape of the neck and can be opened quickly in an emergency. These safety catches are particularly recommended for children or can be advantageous at sporting events.

The safety clip offers the following advantages: the plastic fastener is held together only by a kind of snap fastener – if the lanyard is pulled suddenly or forcefully, the fastener releases automatically.
