As an "entry-level model" from Advance Tapes, this gaffa can be used for a variety of applications in stage and exhibition stand construction. The rather coarse and thin fabric (thickness 0.20 mm) is very adaptable in shape, which is why the tape clings well to irregular surfaces. However, if you want the tape to stick to smooth surfaces without wrinkles, you have to work slowly!

Information on how to use the tapes

The adhesive cloth tape Gaffa AT 165 has a strong adhesive with high adhesive strength. Therefore, do not touch the adhesive surface of the cloth tape with your hands and stick the tape onto a clean surface that has been cleared of dust. Press the adhesive tape on firmly after sticking and do not let it stick longer than necessary. The application temperature of this gaffa tape is between +10° C and +45° C. Please note that the duct tape can only be removed for about 24 hours without leaving residue – please remove it slowly and evenly!

Gaffa AT165 can withstand short-term temperature fluctuations between -50°C and +65°C. It is resistant to water and other weather conditions and can therefore be used both indoors and outdoors.

Storage of cloth tapes

Please store the AT 165 at a room temperature of approx. +12°C to +25°C and a maximum humidity of 60%. Use the cloth tape within 12 months of delivery. The cloth tape should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Keep each opened roll of adhesive tape in a clean, dry place until the next use.
